Woody's Gas Express

This place is clean inside and out every time I go in there, and always smells wonderful. I’m typically in and out for ATM use and 20 pounds of ice. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. If the store is slow they will offer to help carry the bags. The lady with the big smile and lovely blonde hair seems to know everyone, and has a pleasant greeting for each customer. The fine young lady with the long brown hair is equally attentive and helpful. I’m grateful for every pleasant exchange we’ve enjoyed at Woody’s since buying our home in the area three years ago.

I typically go in, in the morning and staff is always amazing and sweet and very helpful. They remember you name and seem to truly care about you. I have not had a bad experience and even though there are times I am closer to another gas station, I will make it a purpose to go to this one.

This is my go to gas station. Tammy has always been friendly and helpful. She has gone above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I and for random people she doesn’t even know! She’s done more for random customers than any manager ever should and any manager I have seen do.

I come to this gas station almost every morning for a fountain drink and I always get a greeting and smiling face when I walk in. Staff is always helpful and shelves are stocked while being very clean. I would much rather this gas station than any other in Lansing.

Been going here for years and years. Mornings wouldn't be the same without a Tammy fix. She always makes my day. Wheather it's a simple Good Morning and/or a smile. She always brightens my day.

So the "lady with the long blonde hair" is amazing has always been very nice and loyal to me for the past 5 years .... has grown to become a every good friend of mine ... you can't find a person with a bigger heart .. she is very humble sweet and well just done right amazing ... and by the way her name is TAMMY... not "The lady with the long blonde hair"... some people let me tell ya ..... pathetic ....

Not only does this place have the best drink prices in town Tammy is just as great. She has always been super friendly and helpful!

The gas pumps have annoying video screens and loud ads playing on them. At a gas pump, I prefer to focus on the tasks at hand: flammables, passwords, my wallet and debit card, parking in close quarters, and who is nearby.

I have been a loyal customer for a while and the lady with long blond hair is just sickening. I have seen her act rude before to a rude customer so I just let that go, but when I went in and i am always friendly she treated me like trash today. They have lost my family/ friends business for sure we will never give our money to a place that continues to let there staff "the lady with long blonde hair" she is there in the mornings treat your customer's like that. I know this isn't the first time. She is a miserable person!If you hate your job QUIT!

I walked in and asked where the restrooms were and the lady there was very rude directing me where the restrooms was and it was poorly kept I then attempted to buy a water and was just ignored. Will not go there again
