Artistic Works By Lu - Women's clothing and jewelry boutique in Leavenworth, KS

Such a fun experience at Lu's designing our hats! The staff was amazing in helping each of us design a hat that was uniquely us. The shop was full of clothes and accessories to choose from. Looking forward to shopping here again!

I love this store. I was introduced to Lu’s jewelry when we were stationed at Fort Leavenworth in 2003. As a military wife she was making jewelry and selling from peoples homes in trunk shows. She has grown her business to the amazing place it is now with unique, beautiful jewelry and fashion apparel. The staff is wonderful. I highly recommend following Lu on social media to keep up to date on what’s happening at the store. We hope our reviews and photos are helpful for learning about shopping, eating and playing in the area we live in.

My wife and I took our two nieces (pictured) to Lu’s at the recommendation of my mom. We were visiting along with my sister, who is turning 40 soon. Her youngest had not-so-subtly asked what she wanted for her birthday and she had said earrings. Right upon entering the youngest told the super nice sales associate what we were looking for and we were led right to them. The kids were able to lay out all of the blue and green options to choose from and then coordinate with the lovely necklace my wife had found elsewhere. But then the wife saw the charms and wanted a turtle one to go with a necklace of sorts. The associate had since started helping someone else, so she handed us off to Lu who was also so great. The kids loved everything they saw, so we let them choose a bracelet. But, of course, they wanted the same one. We foresaw trouble. Lu saw a solution. She added a charm with their first initial to each girl’s bracelet so they could tell them apart. And then she gave them a tour of her office where she keeps all the samples of beads and things. The kids — and us too — had an amazing experience that we will remember for a long time. As one of the kids told Lu on the way out: “This is the best store in Kansas!”

The girls are amazing. I live in California, so I do online shopping with them. The girls call me back they try on clothes for me. I love all the fashion shows on Facebook,

The gals always make my in-store experience wonderful. I feel welcome and appreciated as a valued customer. They always take time to say hello and ask if I need anything. When I have fb messaged asking questions they always get back to me and assist me with all my needs. I love wearing my Lu's and I always recommend going to visit when someone compliments something I'm wearing. Thank you for making me feel beautiful!

I love shopping at Lu’s store in Leavenworth Kansas. Her website is great but to experience the store is a whole higher level. I like to take my friends there so they can experience the joy and friendliness of the staff that’s within Lu’s store. She’s knocked it out of the ballpark people! It’s a great place to take girlfriends and then go to lunch in the cool town of Leavenworth Kansas.

Shopping in store is always amazing everyone is so helpful and makes sure you leave feeling beautiful. Shopping online is a breeze especially after watching live with Lu so you can see the clothes on women. The Jewelry is well made and just completes the overall ensemble.

Artistic Works by Lu is a mainstay in my life from the moment I walked into her store in 2015. Lu, Tracy and their staff are the best in the business at customer service and quality products. When you walk into Lu’s on Delaware St., you immediately feel how special an environment it is. Lu, Tracy and their staff truly do follow the mantra of making women feel beautiful everyday ❤

I love the Artistic designs Lu creates and the fun beautiful fashions she fills the boutique with that I love to wear. My first visit was met with a warm welcome and introduction to the story of Lu. It is my favorite place to shop and visit with the sweetest people I call friends.

Always have the best time shopping here. The service and merchandise is top notch and I always feel so well taken care of. My favorite store bar none. It’s clear everyone loves their job at Lu’s. I can’t say enough about this marvelous store!!! I have never stepped foot into Artistic Works by Lu because of the drive/Covid-19, but because of the incredible customer service, I’ve had Lu herself, her husband Tracy, or Jen, “my” personal shopper, assist and advise me. I LOVE watching “Live With Lu” and seeing how beautifully Lu presents her fashions and jewelry. I love everything I have bought, and I’m having fun mixing and matching. My orders come really fast, looking like gifts, smelling divine, with messages of inspiration. I’d like to keep Lu’s treasures a secret, but that wouldn’t be very nice of me!

I love this place. My first time here was 8 years ago. I brought my wife in for our 1st anniversary. We have been regular customers since. I haven't always been able to join my wife on her ventures but the customer service is absolute perfection. Today, I had the ability to join my wife on her shopping experience. The lovely owner, Lu, still calls us by our first names and the smiles and joy is mutual. We socialize and catch up on missed experiences before the shopping adventure. You almost always have a personal assistant while you shop. They give 150% to go above and beyond to make sure your experience is pleasurable, memorable, and rememberable. Since the first time I walked in the door, i have considered Lu and her amazing staff friends. I love them all.

I Love Lu's....this is my all time favorite store and has something for everyone. The clothes are awesome.. one of a kind lovely detail, sassy, and the jewelry oh my! Lu is an incredible designer and we are so lucky to have her in Leavenworth.

It is a gem in the city of Leavenworth. Great staff and the owner , Lu, is often in the store helping you find that special something for yourself or a gift. The clothing is stylish, lots of sizes and colors. The jewelry is hand made by Lu..complementing the colors in the clothes she has in the store or favorite items the customer already has...a must to visit, shop and enjoy.

This is a very nice and clean store it has kind of a vintage-y feel. They have very cute outfits on manequins, and sell jewelry pieces. The staff is very pleasant and I love the look of the place. They're jewelry is around $25 and they're outfit pieces are as low as $12 and as high as $80. All in all Artistic Works by Lu is very nice to shop at and I will be coming back
