I highly recommend going to this place. They absolutely know what they’re talking about we can help you with your needs on new or older styles

Freestate armory has been great, they belp me restored my great grandfather's shotgun and pinned and weld muzzle devices on my rifles! Great people with great service

Free State Gun Company is our “Go-To” for any gun needs. Buy here first before shopping at any big box store…FSGC will price match, and/or try to work with you on a deal. Plus, they can usually order anything you want. We’ve used them several times for FFL services and it has always been a smooth, hassle- free process. All team members are read-up on current laws and are very knowledgeable.

I am female and I have never once felt condescending behavior or talked down to from the staff: very refreshing!

Reached out via their contact web page and had someone promptly respond with a phone call and email follow up. I intended to sell a few items, and I took them in and had an extremely reasonable/fair offer within 10 minutes of being in the store. Another 10 minutes and I had a check in hand!

Everyone in the shop is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There were quite a few folks in the store but I never felt like I was competing for attention or a burden to the staff. Again, a great experience and I’m looking forward to doing all of my firearms business with this shop in the future.

Great group of people! Just came in to pick up my Typhoon F12 I bought on Typhoon's website. Everything went smooth and easy. They were even able to flip the light/heavy load for me and put on the new stock. I had also brought in an old revolver that I had never shot just to have it checked out while I was there. They were able to check it out and make sure all was good to go! Can't recommend them enough!

My new favorite place. Very nice people they make you feel comfortable. Had some custom engraving done and they did it while i waited. Very reasonable rates and i will definitely be going back.

Free State Gun Co. is an amazing local business that gives back to the community. They are Veteran-Owned and have done more than can be expressed to help local Veterans. The entire crew there is extremely knowledgable and they always take great care of their customers. If you live anywhere in the KC area, it is well worth the trip over to Basehor to check them out. I stopped by their shop for the first time today and was very impressed. I wasn't planning on buying anything but I just had to pick up some new hardware. Jake was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This is a great gun store! From beginner, to veteran shooter you'll feel comfortable going in here and enjoy the experience. I bought a Ruger bolt .223 from Josh and everything went perfect. While I was their, some first time buyers were purchasing. You could tell they were comfortable. I also overheard them being informed on gun training classes. Great environment!
