Holiday Inn Express Kansas City - Bonner Springs, an IHG Hotel

Stayed for a night while on our way home. Just what we needed. Rooms were good and my son swam in the pool.

This was a very appealing hotel. Service and employees were exemplary! Had stayed at neighboring hotel in the past, but will stay at this one from now on!

Always a quit pleasant stay. Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are updated, modern and clean.

we are traveling from Colorado to Florida. overnight stayed at this hotel. There was a very friendly man at the front desk. They quickly took shape. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good breakfast in the morning. Next time we will also choose these hotels.

Very clean, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast, and very nice overall! Our family is in town for a ball tournament right down the road. We went to check in on Friday evening and somehow I'd booked the room for two days earlier. The man at the desk was so kind and helpful and fixed us up in no time without making us feel bad. He said he was happy to help make our weekend go well! Can't recommend highly enough!

My family and I frequent Holiday Inns and each has its own pros n cons (never many cons in our book). No cons here that we could comment on. For some reason I really loved the shower head... after a long day of driving it was the best shower! Beds and pillows great as expected at H.I. Desk staff friendly and an easy on/off access from freeway. Thumbs up!

Room and bathroom seemed used and abused with no maintenance. Cords hanging out from behind the bathroom vanity. Room just seems like no one has paid attention to it in a few years. Property management should do some walk throughs and invest time and effort back into the property for the guest. Maybe spend less time worried about how many Lazer light shows are in the lobby.

This hotel is A #1. Fairly new, appearance was nice, welcoming, great staff, clean rooms, nice and the breakfast was wonderful. The ladies work hard to keep the food area clean and well stocked. I wish we could have stayed more than one night. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

They were very helpful. The hotel was very quiet and clean. It always smelled nice too. Not like cigarette smoke like a lot of hotels. Thanks 👍

My husband and I stayed overnight on our way from Georgia to Colorado and we had an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly, the rates were extremely reasonable ($79 for a King), and the room was clean and had higher-end toiletries for guests. The cherry on top was the complimentary breakfast...sausage gravy and biscuits, pork sausage links cooked perfectly, gooey cinnamon rolls, pancake station, and all the traditional continental breakfast choices (cereal, oatmeal, danishes, etc.) - it was all absolutely delicious!! I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough...well done, Holiday Inn Express in Bonner Springs, Kansas!!

The staff is kind, accommodating, and personable! The lobby/bathrooms and eating area are exceptionally clean. There is pride of ownership here! And the morning pancake machine makes it worth coming! Will stay here again!

This holiday inn express was very clean!!! Our room was BIG and perfect (we live 50 weeks of the year in hotels so I'm almost an expert). The guy who was working last night was both nice and patient. We knew as soon as we walked in the front door that we were gonna be happy here. It's very obvious that the owner cares and takes pride in this property!

Excellent service. The cost of the stay is worth every penny! Great breakfast bar, along with the exercise room and heated pool.
The rooms are spotless and the beds perfect for getting that restful sleep.
The staff are very pleasant.
Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a great place to stay.

Room was super clean. Staff and managers went out of their way to help and accommodate all our needs. I highly recommend staying there. I will most certainly stay there again. Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Without a doubt.

It's been a few years since I've been there. My daughter and I attended the Ten fair there and the people that work there were great and friendly . The hotel room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was going and had healthy food options. Another nice thing there was plenty of nearby shopping for what bits and stuff. If you are in the area check it out. 😊

Stay here as much as I can, when I'm in town. My go to place. Staff is Amazing, always treat me with respect and very accommodating. Rooms are always clean and in perfect order. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Never had a bad stay at this location. Been there several times.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff especially the guy that helped get the pancake maker going at breakfast. Good selection for breakfast including pre-made omelets.

I think it is a great location If you are coming to Bonner Springs for a concert or a race. Not to far from the race track, right on I-70 and 7 Hiway. Very close to the outdoor concert area. Nice walk in the Summer time, and very wonderful, helpful, and courteous staff. I really enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to everyone.

Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room, affordable rate(cash discount), the pool was warm and clean and the hot breakfast was really good. Perfect overnight stay for my young family on Spring Break!

Very nice accommodations. I was very surprised. The bed and bedding are superb. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast selection is vast and the outdoor patio was unexpected. Good deal for the money.
