Comfort Inn Bonner Springs Kansas City

Better! We had stayed at this hotel in November and the only complaint at that time was the almost warm shower. I’m happy to report we had nice, hot showers this visit with a good shower head and pressure, which can be rare in hotels. The beds were comfortable, and the whole facility was very clean! The location is prefect for a quick stop overnight, right off I70. Based on this experience I highly recommend Comfort Inn at Bonner Springs, LS.

Can't say anything bad about our stay. The room was nice and clean, the staff were very kind. It's in a great location, gas station, restaurants, and wal mart all within a minute or so!

Great clean remodeled. Stayed while on the way traveling to visit family, they were incredibly accommodating and outstanding service letting my husband and i sleep and check in. Recommend highly

The rooms were very clean. Staff was nice and friendly in the location is great. There's a few fast food restaurants within walking distance as well as a Mexican restaurant that was actually really good. The only complaint I have about my stay here is the air conditioner resolved, noisy and didn't really keep up well just keeping the room cold. It was cool but not cold

We had a super effortless check in, our room was pristinely clean and SUPER comfy. Hotel staff was friendly, efficient and courteous. The breakfast was yummy with a big selection and tasty coffee. The hotel was furnished tastefully, the rooms were quiet and the ac was excellent.
The only qualm I had with our stay was the fact that we didn't have access to a smart TV. There was cable, but only sports channels available. We were looking forward to our girls weekend watching movies and couldn't. I was pretty surprised that in 2023 a hotel of that caliber didn't have a smart TV in the room. I highly suggest that upgrade for your guests. It will affect where we choose to stay in the future (likely holiday Inn next door because they do have smart tvs in room).

Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Good mix between soft and firm. Good location with truck parking. Definitely will be staying more in the future.

Nice basic hotel right off the interstate at a good price. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was available - we just grabbed some juice and coffee and some mini cinnamon rolls on our way out the door as we needed to get back on the road. Both front desk attendants we dealt with were very nice and professional.

They saved the day! Everywhere was booked out and they got us in! They were so respectful and all around kind! Rooms were clean smelled good and comfortable! Ac worked as well! 10/10!

Loved our stay here!! This place is VERY clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was well varied and plenteous. The breakfast area was neat, tables kept clean, and breakfast items well stocked. We have been traveling for two and a half weeks, stayed in a range of quality of hotels and this one was one of the best!

The most important issue with me is cleanliness. The room was very clean, the bed linens were clean, I was very pleased with my short but most comfortable stay. I appreciate a clean room after a thousand mile drive. My stay was 5 stars.

This hotel was very clean with wide hallways and large rooms. The swimming pool was so large for this type of hotel and very clean. The exercise room was also very nice. And most importantly, the beds had great sheets and the bed was very comfy.

Our stay was great, staff was very efficient and friendly and truly made you feel welcomed. Clean, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was hot and good.

Front Desk Bonnie, has the best ☺ smile. Pool has perfect temperature. Breakfast has so many options. Clean n quiet rooms. Dog friendly too

We stayed at the hotel on a cross-country drive. It was easily accessible off the highway, and check-in was handled quickly even though the hour was late. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the highway noise was minimal. We grabbed breakfast on the go, but the dining area was bright and clean, with lots of selections for breakfast. Most importantly, the coffee tasted great!

What stands out is the customer service provided by the manager, Sumit Patel. I had left behind an article of clothing. Not only did they quickly locate it, but he readily agreed to mail the item back to me. I'm so appreciative of his help and his prompt attention. Now that's great customer service!

Check in/out was easy.
The desk associate was very helpful. We were there for a girls’ softball tourney. The girls (& some moms) enjoyed themselves in the pool, and the adults had fun hanging in the parking lot with corn hole.

Our stay was great. Initially we had to move rooms because there was a constant humming noise coming from inside the room, but Bonny took care of that asap and moved us to another room. From there on out our stay was great!

We came in at 2 am during an ice storm. The young man at the counter was so kind. He went above and beyond to help me get 2 kids and our bags in our room for the night. We were treated so very kindly for the 2 nights we were there. This place is 5 stars all the way and the staff is top notch.

Right off the interstate, very clean, beds were extremely comfy, slept great. Only complaint was the pool and hot tub were completely closed for renovation and I feel that should've been noted when making the reservation.

Great experience with the staff. We were able to get rooms at the last minute on a Sunday. The two rooms were near each other so I could have my grandmother nearby as she gets anxious if alone. One of the rooms had housekeeping completed as we checked in and retrieved our luggage in order to be near the other. Thank you!
