The Suburban

This was a wonderful date night for me & my husband! The food & service was great! However, the atmosphere was amazing! Music playing was nice & not loud, we could still hold a conversation. We ate on the back patio. The fountain, plants & white lights made you feel like you were transported to a tropical resort! Loved it oh & the food was so tasty!

Had the most amazing dinner! The dishes were so flavorful and plentiful. We had just come from New Orleans and the shrimp & grits here blew New Orleans grits out the water. The chefs here are extremely talented. We ate our meal inside served by a very attentive and knowledgeable waiter. After our meal we went outside to the fabulous patio to enjoy drinks, such a wonderful well thought out relaxing outdoor dining space. I wish I lived close to this restaurant,it would be a weekly establishment of mine. Everyone was so friendly. We bought a dessert to go.
I absolutely loved my evening! I think the patio would be a terrific spot to rent out for parties/ special occasions, I know I would look into it if I lived there.

03 Sep 23 update: Brunch. While the brunch buffet isn’t big, it’s the perfect size. You get a great array of some breakfast foods such as crispy bacon, in house sausage, short rib hash, and French toast that caught me off guard with its amazing flavor. Along side the breakfast there was a nice salad option, charcuterie board, and some honey glazed fried chicken. The breading on the chicken is perfect. Not too think or too thin. I was informed that each brunch will feature different items from the previous ones. This will our new Sunday “thing”.

I wrote a review based on one experience
that could have been fixed with communication within the staff and customers.

I don’t think there is another place in town that has made a better burger and actually cooked it correctly. Their pork chops are also on the top of my list.

My son goes to school in Leavenworth, KS and we were looking for places to eat. We stumbled upon this place and I am glad we did. The service was good, food was amazing and it had a nice atmosphere. I ordered the Mac and cheese with the short rib, my wife had one of the burgers and we were both impressed. Prices are decent as well. We will definitely be back.

This place never disappoints. I got the filet and you could cut it with a fork, it was so tender. The flavor and texture was amazing. My wife got the chicken fried chicken, she said every bite was perfect. We finished it off with carrot cake. All was wonderful. Scarlet was awesome. She was very nice and attentive, we never had to ask for anything. All the staff was great. We feel lucky to have a restaurant like this right in our own town.

Straight to the point: friendly, attentive staff. Atmosphere inside was nice. I was told the patio is the jam in the summer, that will be a save the date for me. Now, down to the brass tacks. Caesar salad was flavorful, not overly dressed, crispy croutons, and fresh parmesan. Salmon came recommended by my server. It, too, did not miss a beat, flaky with a hint of honey. Roasted baby potatoes were amazing and colored with a bright and beautiful fresh farm vegetable medley to round out the evening. I wish I had made a trip here sooner. Definitely a go to place if in the area.

Great food, great atmosphere. I definitely and highly recommend this place. All of our meals were impressive. The Donald is a really complex burger and tons of flavor.

The Suburban is a great restaurant with delightful food and a warm and friendly staff. It was clean and tidy even durning the dinner rush. We had burgers and fries with kiddo getting the Mac-n-cheese. “Note of warning parents it’s homemade not Kraft”. My burger was moist and flavourful. The fries where an interesting type but season nicely. My wife’s gluten free burger was prepared very well. Ordering was quick and easy the menu was well put together not overloading the patrons with too many options. Our food wait time was a bit long, close to an hour with our food arriving before the kiddos. Besides that everything was a great experience. Next time hopefully we can have beers on the deck. They have a real nice deck. Thanks!

Excellent food - excellent service - excellent atmosphere. One of our new favorites places!

My husband ordered the special, Cajun Shrimp Pasta, and said it was the best he’s ever had. I had the honey coated chicken and it was perfect. We also had the sweetest waitress and the owner came out to check on our group and wish us Merry Christmas.

Best Burgers I can find. The menu has 1 problem, everything is amazing. The prices are low, and the portions are huge.
The staff is not only friendly but fast and family supportive. If your looking for a place that is great to take a long time friend in for a visit or family for a special dinner night, this is the place.

We had a great time, and even though it was jam packed on a Saturday night, everyone was friendly and the food was FANTASTIC. The cheesesteak and Yuengling on tap made this Philly girl's month. Wish we lived closer, will definitely come again on our next road trip!

This great new restaurant has excellent food and seats you as soon as possible. Ask for Melissa to be your Server, she was great but all the servers are great at this restaurant. Jason is the head cook and develops the food and menu. All the food we tried was excellently prepared and was delicious. I have displayed pictures of their current menu and some of the menu items we tried when we were there. The Smoked Spare Rib Mac and Cheese and the Shrimp and Grits were our favorites. If you're interested in great food this is the place to try. They also have outdoor seating and a beautiful patio for larger parties. Bring the whole family, there is something for everyone. Try the drink menu. See you there.

Had the special of the day (Katsu Chicken and Veggie Fried Rice) and it was beyond amazing, they definitely need to think about adding it to the menu. And our server Richard was absolutely awesome and super knowledgeable and attentive, dude definitely deserves a promotion!! Thanks Richard!

Absolutely amazing! Went there for the very first time tonight and we were extremely happy with everything! Got the Honey Sriracha Wings, Smoked Short Rib Tacos, Fish and Chips and the cheesecake, but everything was so good we forgot to take pictures after the appetizer! Love this place and will recommend to anyone.

Found my new favorite local restaurant! Food was amazing, Service was on top of it, and atmosphere helps melt the day away. Shout out to the cook! Steak was cooked to perfection. Would recommend for family dinner or drinks after work.

Friends, I just had a brunch here and it was breathtaking. The coffee is fabulous, and the food was worth every penny and every calorie. I had the Country Benedict with local sausage/red eye gravy and cheese grits with chives. The food was a masterpiece, I honestly can’t get over it.

First visit. Amazing food at an undervalued price. Everything was simply delicious. The candied jalapeños in the short rib Mac is easily one of my favourite surprises. Amazing, beautiful outdoor seating… best in the area. Will definitely become regulars!

The first time there, I got the KC connections Philly, and my date got the spicy Philly both phenomenal! Great service, even for as busy as they were, we got right in. Will definitely return bc there is many things on the menu I wanna try.

One of the best steaks I’ve had. The sauce on it was delicious.
