Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I was so pleasantly surprised ordering from here. We are having a lazy day and ordered DoorDash today and we thought we'd try Freddy's. I was expecting McDonald's typed food but instead this was actually amazing. I had the jalapeno steak burger and it was incredible. The only thing I thought was odd was the kids meal. I figured it would come with something for kids but nothing. Normally when you order from fast food places the kids get a toy or their own kid bag or something. But the food tho. The food was incredible. The burger was flavorful and crunchy on the ends from being cooked to perfection. Definitely going to be ordering from here again. I put 3 stars for atmosphere because I haven't been inside

Service was great. Very patient and outgoing with a smile. Store was super clean and our food was fresh and fast.

The food is downright delicious first of all. They have the best burgers in town. The customer service is top notch. Very considerate, fast, and accurate. There’s even one employee who remembers that I like a lot of ketchup and no Freddy’s sauce.

Quite impressed by the service and the workers at this establishment. They were hurrying around and working hard to serve us. Management has done an exceptional job hiring the staff and maintaining the high standards.

I tried the new Pretzel Bacon BBQ burger. It was good. A little light on the BBQ. I asked for a BBQ sauce packet and it worked out just fine.

What's Freddy's better then again and therefore I wasn't able to get any food and now it's day three that I've been without food and I have hypoglycemia but you know it is what it is and Freddy's is an awesome place I love their frozen yogurt their fries are the best in their California sandwich is the one I usually get and I would recommend them to anybody all the time when they talk to you they treat you with respect and God bless them

What a wonderful experience. Service was great. Everything was great, excepting the fries were not fresh. We had a customized order and the kitchen got all of it right. Great job!

Sometimes I end up in the area for work and I like to stop here. The greasy steak burgers and non-greasy custard are delicious.
They have great service and they follow my wife’s special instructions due to her allergies every time. The restaurant is always clean and cheery.
The ones near my home in JoCo are good, but I like this one better.
They have Pepsi products, so I usually order water, or upgrade a combo drink, to a custard concrete.

Great food, very friendly service and CLEAN!! Condiments neatly arranged as well. Very nice experience. Try it.

I work not so far away and i only have 30 minutes for lunch,
the fact i can walk THERE, get the food in 3 MINUTES (or less), and walk right back up to work with 20 minutes to eat a very tasty and pleasant meal should say some thing,
Fast, Easy, Cheap and never fails to have the best staff and energy.

The floors are sticky and slippery. Not sure what’s on it but it’s dangerous.

I also don’t know when they discontinued the Hawaiian Delight concrete (I think that’s what it’s called). It’s been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s because we don’t have them in our part of the country. I was disappointed because it was my favorite concrete treat.

The service is always very nice and the food is good quality.

Can't go wrong with Freddy's for lunch. This location is always clean friendly and quick, we showed up at a rush and didn't really notice any extended wait times, food was fresh and hot

Food was prepared great, nice sear on the burgers, prepped nicely and looked really appealing. Very tasty. Let them know they were out of ketchup and before our food was up they had it filled back up and ready for those wonderful fries. First job.

Definately on the spendy side but well worth it. My sons chicken strips looked bomb - i was kinda jealous. Lol. Great service! Will be back for sure.

1st time at this restaurant. I was deeply touched by the historical photos of the founder of this enterprise. The food was fresh, hot, delicious, and quick. The staff was efficient and kind. Also, the place was CLEAN. I live in the center of Kansas City, Mo. and I sure wish that there was a Freddy's closer to me in the Waldo area. I sure it would be extremely successful!

Great staff and for fast food restaurants, this one is cleaner than most. I enjoy that my food is made fresh, and those fries... delicious! I also really like their custard. And if your military, this location offers a discount.

Delicious food. This round was very salty, its usually better than that at other locations. Floors were sticky but the staff was polite.

When in there today to take my grandma to get some lunch. Workers were SUPER enthusiastic and KJ I think his name was, was super helpful, accommodating, and extremely nice. The atmosphere was unmatched and the food was super hot and really good. Probably the best fast food joint in town. Shoutout to KJ for being super helpful. Much love.
