Came here for work stayed for 2 weeks. Rooms are awesome. Staff is very accommodating and welcoming. And to be honest, I can't say I have one complaint. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone

Stayed here for a few days during business travel. The staff was very welcoming, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean! I did not have a chance to use the amenities but they did look nice and clean as well. I was also near several restaurants and entertainment.

I just want to say what a pleasurable weekend we had this weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality and care that went into this hotel. We checked in Friday with a sweet caring young lady named Amani. She started our visit out feeling welcomed, with a smile, a snack, and a peaceful feeling, we were at a good place. There are several comfortable spots outside to sit and relax and converse. (If your a smoker like me, we were able to end our evenings with a relaxing drink, smoke without feeling like a pariah, and enjoy the night air. There are also several cigarette extinguishers, so the smokers that I seen, were very considerate, so, I didn't feel like an old, stinky ashtray) we sat on one of the patios, smelling the sweet smell of a guest cooking on one of the gas grills outside, all the while, watching the children and adults playing in the saltwater indoor pool or relaxing around it. Would you like nightly cup of coffee, or tea, its there for your comfort. The hallways, the rooms? They were great. The room had a bed, (comfortable). A sleeper sofa, again comfortable and clean. A kitchenette, just enough for an extended stay. I felt as clean as being in my own home. I will post pics of the room, after a 2 day stay. We were so please we with our experience, we decide to spend another night. Tonight Amani, again went above and beyond. We have stayed at several different hotels, I would, without a doubt say this has been my best all around experience. The prices were very reasonable, I wish more places would take this much care of their properties, and the guests. I forgot to mention, the breakfast was not as much to write home about, but, it was a decent spread. I will definitely be coming back, the atmosphere of the hotel, shows in the customers. Everyone that I have encountered was happy, and conversations were pleasurable. These pics are 2 days in the room, I still feel comfortable, and not over crowded. It is definitely a relaxing trip!!

The lobby and breakfast area were great for our group to hang out in and play some games without being stuck in a room. The breakfast was also really good for a group with lots of different preferences.
The rooms were clean and well organized as well.

I’ve stayed at this particular Home2suite a few times when I travel from California and I love staying here!! The staff is very friendly and this past time, I had lost my wallet while en route and they were able to help me still check in. The manager there was also very sweet and helpful!! i usually book through Expedia, but the manager really gave me helpful details on how to save in the future via Hilton. I have always loved home2suties, but this past time was just phenomenal given my situation. 10/10 and will keep returning back. Thank you to the staff in Overland Park, Kansas. Yall are the best, hands down!!

Love that the TV welcomed me when I walked in! Nice touch! The room is clean and the front desk team is very nice and welcoming! I also like the TV. Not the typical hotel TV where you have to watch the guide channel to know what's on. I'm also happy I can get into Netflix. I'll be back!

Despite being given someone else’s room, which was very awkward and uncomfortable, the hotel was really nice. The breakfast was ok. The indoor pool room was heated and the pool was warm.

I would recommend this place for the price and the value received at this hotel. Felt like the location and the quality of the room was more than fair for the price, so I would give the value high marks.
My interactions with the staff were pleasant and friendly. Do feel that the breakfast could have been better, but given it was free, it is hard to complain. Plus there are many breakfast places in the immediate area that it was not an issue.
Parking was ample and was well lit. This location also has EV charging.

Good location right off of Hwy 69 and Metcalf. Very nice rooms with plenty of amenities. The breakfast bar was well maintained and there was lots of variety. Good parking and plenty of entry points. Staff was very attentive and went the extra mile.

Location was clean and well maintained. Room was large and comfortable. Exterior of building was nicely illuminated. There was an outside fireplace for relaxing on the patio. Staff were friendly and efficient at their duties. Welcomed us like old customers and made sure to invite us to stay with them again. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty. Recommended for a stay.

Clean rooms, attentive and helpful staff. Rooms have been updated and are comfortable. Perfect for an extended stay for a biz traveler that is sick of eating out as room was well equipped for cooking with a full size fridge and freezer and dishwasher! I couldn't have addled for more!

I noticed right away how clean the front lobby was. The staff was more than friendly. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance always had a smile and a greeting. The location was perfect! We were in town for a soccer tournament, and Scheel's soccer complex was less than 10 minutes away. Also, there were several restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back next year!!

Nice location, lots to do around the hotel. Room and service was great!

Loved this place. Friendly helpful staff, hot breakfast every morning, hot cocoa and coffee bar is free and set up 24hrs a day. The heated indoor pool and workout room were awsome. Our room had a full size refrigerator and kitchenette fully stocked. Will stay here again.
PS I gave our room 4.stars because it was to hot for us. They were fully booked so could not move us or have repaired untill Monday. They did provide us with a fan which while noisy made the room very tolerable.

My entire stay was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't cross paths with a single staff member that didn't greet me. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. Very happy, and will definitely stay here anytime I'm in town!

Great location! Great staff! Room was clean! This was our first time staying at a Home2Suites and we loved it!!! Absolutely love the vibe! Breakfast was amazing!! Staying here again when we visit this area! Jimmy who checked us in had great customer service and was very informative!!!

The staff here at home2Suites in Overland Park have been wonderful. As someone who Practically lives out of a suitcase, I know what it’s like to go through ups and downs of hotel rooms due to a career on the road. Let me just say this hotel has been nothing but of wonderful. The halls are quiet, rooms are noise proof. The whole place smells good! My favorite part is, they even have a hot plates and all the utensils and cookware that you can imagine to make your stay feel even more like home. Thank you guys for making this trip seamless for my colleagues and I.

Great place to stay. The associates were so friendly and kind. Very helpful as well. James made all the necessary changes I needed and saved my day. Close to shopping, office supplies and restaurants. Oh the restaurants. If you're in KC. Overland Park is the place to stay.
