Great service and a great atmosphere. The staff were really helpful in working with me on the perfect fit for my uniforms, and made sure I had everything I needed.

This shop is fantastic! It's beautifly set up place and the people here are awesome. If you're in town and need a uniform, then you've simply got to make an appointment for a fitting.

I am currently stationed in Fort Bliss, TX but was stationed in Fort Leavenworth, KS when the change from greens to blues first took place and was able to purchase my blues with Marlow White so when I had to purchase the new Greens I knew I had to make the drive back to Leavenworth because the quality of my uniform has been amazing! I must say I was a little hesitant and although I know I could have ordered online I made the drive so I could get fitted and everything done through that particular store! Prior to getting to the store my husband read some previous reviews and said well some people have left negative reviews on the customer service! I’m here to tell you do not let that deter from going the customer service was excellent and was well worth the drive! I got my uniform in the mail and you can tell by the packaging alone they truly care about the services they provide the customer! You all are amazing I truly appreciate your service!

I would like to commend Lindsay Pickle and her team. I had an awards rack ordered by family members as a surprise. Since they used my email, I noticed some issues. I looked at the return policy and realized the award rack cannot be returned and I completely understand that decision. By good fortune for me, Lindsay emailed me about my NATO medals and that only one can be worn on the rack. Since the family looked at my shadow box presented at my retirement where both are displayed it was submitted that way. So, the Quality Control from her team prompted her to respond to me and at the same time they saved me from eating $150 plus dollars. Excellent job by Marlow White and staff.

The quickest turn around and best service we have had in a very long time! They did a rush order for us, and we didn't even expect it of them (didn't ask-they offered!) the Marlow White store in Leavenworth has the best customer service!

Superior customer service with a friendly and inviting atmosphere. My roommate and I made the trip to Marlow White from Nashville and we were very impressed with the uniform and accessory offerings and the attention to detail from the staff. My roommate had a fitting scheduled at 8:30 AM and we were able to get in and out. The gentlemen that helped us was very friendly and paid attention to detail.

We will absolutely continue to purchase uniform and accessories here! The hemming done on my hubby's pants was amazing and done way quicker than we expected! If you haven't been, please go! They have almost everything we needed in one place.

Overall great experience. Plan with a month of buffer time, mine took an extra 3 weeks to be completed. I ordered end of Jan and it was ready early April

Francis helped me out and she was amazing. I had to try and several different sizes of skirts and pants and she was ready with all of them. She provided top notch customer service.

I recently purchased a new set of AGSUs from Marlow White and took it to the dry cleaner's on post. When it was returned to me, upon arriving home I found one of the buttons on my jacket had been replaced with a civilian one (they did not tell me about this- first photo). I took the jacket back to MW this morning since clothing sales doesn't stock AGSU buttons yet and they immediately took care of it on the spot, without charging me anything for the replacement button (second photo). Thanks so much to the team at Marlow White, I appreciate it greatly!

When I initially came across Marlow white, it was by complete accident, I could not commission unless I had the proper uniform to do so, and I only had two weeks to find all the proper things I needed, Ft Knox had a uniform shortage, so I thought I had no hope. Luckily for me Marlow White has been exceptional, I was able to order overnight and got the entire uniform true to size in less THAN A DAY, this service and overnight shipping cannot be beat, Due to this amazing experience I am a customer for life! Please do not be afraid to try based on negative reviews, They Will come Through for you.!

Excellent service! I arrived early for my fitting and Rebecca worked me in no time flat. They obviously have this down to an art. Everything from being sized to ordering to paying was seamless. I appreciated the staff and their attention to detail. Thanks!

Best bet is to go there and get fitted for your uniform. as time goes on, there are fewer and fewer tailors who actually know what they’re doing out there. It’s a military uniform, not a tuxedo, not a suit from Brooks Brothers. They know what they’re doing and they are professionals.

We ordered a uniform for a deceased vet for his funeral & Marlow White walked us through the whole process & advised us on things we had not thought of. They were so kind & considerate. They shipped so quickly everything went perfect. Thank you so much.

We went here to get my husband's new dress uniforms for work. The employees here were very friendly. They explained to us the entire process like what we would be purchasing, the price and the procedure. I love how everything is in house. They measure you there, they put the patches on and they make sure the uniform is the correct fit. Even though I wasnt the one making the purchase, I did enjoy looking around at the history they had on the walls. My husband looks forward to getting his uniform from this location

Great place. The staff was very informed and knowledgeable on uniforms they helped me pick a package and then the tailor was quick and knew exactly what to do. They may cost more than the issues but it is definitely for a reason. Pockets were cut straight jacket fit great from the shelf. Material felt soft and the quality of everything is just above and beyond. Definitely recommend getting a whole package here won't be going back to issued class a's again.
