Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kansas City Overland Park

We do not have one complaint about this hotel. Very friendly and hard working staff. The cleanliness was top notch. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, also. We come to Overland Park at least twice a month and will definitely make this our top choice from now on. Thank you, Fairfield!

If you're looking for a great place to stay with family and friends you've come to the right spot. Great breakfast every morning. Coffee is piping hot. Rooms are incredible. The only negative about our stay was that the pool was freezing cold, due to a maintenance issue. Great outdoor fireplace and out door seating. Loved the lounge area, big enough to play family card games. The conference room was perfect for our family of 27 to gather with our family for an extraordinary meal, and gift exchange. Front staff was very helpful, and always courteous. The Bartender was a hit with the younger adults. Great location. Across the street from Walmart, (for last minute items) but within driving and walking distance to some fabulous restaurants.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! From the beginning of my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kansas City till the end I was beyond impressed. As soon as I walked through the front entrance I was greeted with a warm, inviting, and welcoming approach by the front desk employee. Throughout my stay every staff member I interacted with genuinely listened to me and put my mind at ease with their professionalism and knowledgeable customer service. Wether your traveling for business, fun, or family this hotel stands out as the absolute top choice in Kansas City.

I was a little apprehensive about staying in Kansas City, but this hotel was much better than I expected! It's in a great area with everything you'd need nearby, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was immaculate! If you want something nice without overspending, I'd highly recommend taking a look!

Fantastic stay. The check in staff were personable and quick to get us taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge was clean and working but has ice build up so we had to be creative with our pizza box. Breakfast was great and we will definitely stay here again!

Pool is very warm. Everything is clean. Breakfast was well stocked. No microwave in room, but there was one in the lobby.

Chris the manager is excellent and amazing at her job. Ashley and Hailey understood how hard it was for us to be away from our homes for so long that they made the Fairfield Inn fell like we where home. What an amazing friendly staff and a super hats off to the back staff on respecting my items and the way I had the room set up, but still keeping it clean and fresh every day. I appreciate everyone on the staff that I came into contact with. You are all amazing and if ever back in Overland Park I WILL be coming back!

Here for a soccer tournament. Bathroom is handicapped accessible and awesome for someone like me. Highly recommend.

It was very nice! The appearance, cleanliness, signage, staff excellent! Bravo 👏 A gentleman, Ron is his name, went the extra mile and loaned me a cane as I misplaced mine. So grateful! And Ron did not work alone, everybody there was so friendly, cheerful smiles and greetings! Rooms were nice and clean and adequately prepare for us so on and so on!

I was quick to judge this place because the outside looks shoddy, but they were working on it when we arrived. Many handicapped parking spots were not open, which we needed. Staff were very nice. Clean inside and a nice room. The breakfast was not amazing but very typical. Coffee was good! I'd come back. It was a good value and very close to many fun places.

Each morning when I woke up to start my day here at the hotel I was greeted by Gabrielle who is so friendly, courteous, and helpful. She went well above expectations which goes along way for a business traveler like myself! Thank you!!!

The hotel was wonderful. Super clean, great amenities. The staff was amazing. Christine went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!

This place is awesome and underrated. Super friendly staff, from the manager to the housekeeping. The beds are soft yet firm. I'm staying in a suite for 3 weeks and the first week and a half has been great. Walmart was only 5 mins away. There is also some decent fast food close by(5 guys). It seems like an odd spot but it's super convenient.

Nice well updated room, lavender shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a larger bottle size in shower (saving trips to the front desk if multiple people are taking showers). Nice breakfast. Typically hotel breakfast but a nice presentation. Oatmeal, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs.

We spent 2 weeks at this Fairfield Inn while our house was being worked on. While being away from our house, going to work and school wasn't easy, but the staff at Fairfield Inn did everything spot on to make our stay comfortable. High marks for staff service, while there the keys to rooms weren't working. Some might be upset about this inconvience but things happen with technology. The staff bent over backwards to make sure it was less of an inconvenience. In fact, we felt that it was obviously more of a problem for staff than for us since we were waited on hand and foot. There were several memorable staff yet everyone we met was helpful, friendly and thoughtful. The hotel was clean, had a nice area to work in or play cards and even a bar to get a drink in the evening. We recommend this to be the place to stay in Overland Park!

The staff is amazing! Ron and Jake went above and beyond any expectations I had. They went out of their way to be helpful in a situation that most would've ignored!! I applaud every staff member who works there. Thank you Marriott for caring about every guest the way that you do and for being an excellent company. If the world had more people like Ron and Jake the world would be a much better place!

Great staff and great breakfast buffet. Very clean and very friendly.

We had a great stay. Good location in Overland Park just off Highway 69. Lots of shopping and restaurants close at hand. Easy reservation process through Marriott Bonvoy, and and early checking at noon was cheerfully accomodated by the friendly staff. Well appointed property with clean modern rooms, comfy beds, nice shower. Breakfast was better than expected with good variety and all was tasty. We asked for a late checkout, and were given 2:00, which worked great for our flight.

Both people that I dealt with were very pleasant. The room was clean and there were no issues. Overall, a very good stay.
