Best place for getting supplies when I need them. It's so nice when someone picks up the phone when you call, or returns your message when you leave one. Everyone is very courteous and helpful and have been during the last few years that I've dealt with them.

I had a fantastic experience at FOCUS Respiratory. Everyone is so friendly and professional there. The desk attendant was friendly and welcoming with a beautiful smile. The RT I worked with (Lauren) was so patient and thorough as she showed me how to use my CPAP and answered all my questions. The building itself was comfortable and nice inside. Erik (rep) and Dave (customer service) are outstanding! Basically, choose FOCUS for your DME needs. They will take care of you and treat you like family while doing it!

They have the most amazing customer service. You can talk to a person who is pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful, with excellent follow-up. If customer service says they will do do something, they do. Was also very pleased with my initial visit to explain my cpap and how to use it. I received a call several days later just to see how I was doing.

I was impressed with Kenny's concise yet thorough explanation of the device, attachments, and maintenance/cleaning. He was friendly and spoke with me like someone who cares about your well-being. Building was easy to get to, in and out, paperwork and all instruction was extremely clear.

I just got my cpap machine hey have been very helpful with me. I call with questions and get answers right away. The masks are all a little big but she found one that is very comfortable and the best fit. I like how you have so many options to order your supplies. Great to work with so far.

I have been a CPAP user for 25 years and am well indoctrinated in it's use, benefits and what to expect from providers. My experience with good and not so good (shoddy) providers has been extensive from all over the country. Kansas City has been a really awful experience until now.

Focus Respiratory has been a great experience from day one. They are the best I have ever dealt with. It would be impolite to mention the bad ones but they are all problems waiting to happen except for the outstanding quality services performed on a daily basis by Focus. I recommend them.

I cannot express my mom’s and my gratitude for Eric’s friendly customer service and expertise! Who knew there was so much to know about using oxygen most effectively?We have had to work with other oxygen companies where mom truly was a number...and it was a battle to even speak with a person. In addition, Eric and Focus Respiratory is that our pulmonologist and his therapists trust their quality of service!
They were right!!
