This pharmacy (and all other components of their business) always goes above and beyond. I forgot they closed early on Christmas Eve, but I received a personal phone call reminding me of my prescriptions and they stayed late until I arrived. This is a great hometown business that gives back in every way.

Is it because they are the only pharmacy in town now that the employees are rude now? Are these employees 'power drunk' with the knowledge that they are the only local distributor for prescription medications? I would have the people of Beloit and surrounding area know that you can always have your prescriptions MAILED to you from just about any pharmacy and you may not even have to pay mailing costs! This pharmacy is abominable for the way the employees have treated my friend's mother. Do they train all their employees to belittle lonely sad old ladies that are in pain and need the medications that help with the pain and the sadness? This lady's insurance company as well as her physicians had to be notified of the money this pharmacy has been charging for prescriptions that are TOTALLY covered by the lady's insurance. Please be careful when using this pharmacy!!!

Put on refills on line the app said would be ready by 10 went there after work at 3 still not ready had to wait 15 min what a joke what's the point of calling in a scrip or doing it on line if you still have to wait ridiculous need a better system and the front counter had an attitude as well not good customer service
