Element St. Louis Midtown

Amazing hotel. Clean and friendly staff with all the amenities. Valet was easy and not outrageously expensive. Super nice valet guy. Roof top bar drinks were amazing. Room had mini kitchen with sink and dishes plus fridge. Great patio and best free hotel breakfast I have ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

My wife and our three teen sons stayed for one night while pass through St. Louis 7/13/24. I wish I remembered every staff members name that we interacted with. Each and every staff member from the front desk to the custodial members were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you to all for a very restful and relaxing stay after a long day traveling! Plus the accommodations were very comfortable!

only stayed here for a night but we had such a great time! the location is right across from the foundry which is full of food options and included mini golf as well! the lobby guys were great and helped us out with anything we needed. definitely will frequent this hotel, thank you guys!

It was a 5 minute walk from the City Winery, I was very surprised at how close everything is to the hotel. Im glad that I stayed here instead of making the drive home after a comedy show. If I have a reason to come back up to St. Louis I will likely stay here.

I was very pleased with my stay at Element St. Louis Midtown! Chuana greeted me with kindness and confirmed my feather-free room upon check-in. It is not often that hotels acknowledge and confirm that request. My allergies get bad so I was very thankful for this. The room was clean and I was satisfied with the layout. On top of this, the happy hour they have in the lobby with complimentary wine, beer, cheese, olives, and bread was great! Both Chuana & Ty continuously offered great customer service to me as well as everyone I saw them converse with. The only negative thing for me was that parking was valet only. I understand this is probably a bonus for most as the vehicles are safe, but for my job, I must have quick access to my car. Otherwise, this would be a no-brainer booking every time I come here for work.

I have spent the last 12 weekends here for work, and I have always stayed at the Element. The rooms, service, location and staff are all excellent — especially the staff. Thanks for giving me a nice place to relax when I could!

Also notable about the location... It's directly across the street from a very good food hall with lots of food options and at least one bar. Other good options are within walking distance of the hotel, too.

We are currently staying here and so far everything has been wonderful. The valet was attentive. Terrance checked us in and was great, Kesha cooked up some delicious pancakes for breakfast and Sharpee helped out with all our needs we had this morning. Everyone we have came in to contact with has been great. The room was clean. We were worn out after visiting the City Museum last night and walked to grab dinner nearby. There are a couple restaurants nearby and an entire grocery store across the street. It’s a short drive to various attractions so the location seems good.
The kids enjoyed the pool. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night which sucked, but that was beyond hotels control and was turned off pretty quickly. So far we’ve been pleased with our stay.

This hotel is EVERYTHING! First off, the staff is second to NONE. they are so friendly, patient and just genuinely kind. You don’t find service like that anymore. Secondly, the breakfast was fresh made to order and free! The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the rooftop bar is a vibe. I was doing dry January and the bartender Dom, went out of the way to accommodate me and make me a dry January flight. They had good music and yummy food. Seriously can’t rave about this place enough.

The rooftop bar called the upbar is a really cool place, good drinks, food and atmosphere. Go on Monday nite if you want to have a good mix of a crowd.

We had a great stay at this hotel!! Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly! Great experience!

I remember that the receptionist is very nice. His mantra is "perfect". There was not enough trashcans in the room, but this is a minor thing.

The property is very well kept. The breakfast and the staff making breakfast was awesome! The room was clean and comfortable. The area is nice. There is a food court and grocery store across the street. I would diffently stay here again.

Beautiful stay! Love the beds and pillows! Has an awesome bar upstairs and the founder is right across the street.

The bathroom is perfect, room has all facilities to keep you in relaxed mood with minimalist decoration and comfort sleeping. Reasonable price. Lovely staff

We are having to stay in St. Louis for 2 months due to our son being in the hospital and this hotel has been nothing but amazing. They have helped us in every way possible through this very difficult time. Shapree Shepard at the front desk has had the best customer service and compassion for us. She has been so supportive and made sure our stay here was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. 5 stars and some !

Clean spacious rooms. Me and my girls had our 1st sleepover/ pool party of the year here. Beds clean and comfortable. Need some kind of shower floor mate just for safety maybe my daughter fell twice in that shower. Overall everything else was great. Love the pool area/ outdoor sitting area is great if you want too relax or grill. Breakfast was ok wish they offered more of an variety. Valet had my car waiting every time I requested for it. We will revisit again. I was offered late check out at 4pm but couldn't stay had to be at work!!!

We drove across the country and stopped the night at we Element. When we arrived at 5pm our room wasn't ready, but the manager ran to the room to help get it done for us. The vallet was friendly, and while at the pool they took our wet towels and offered to get us new ones. The staff was super friendly all around and were making jokes with my kids the whole time. In the morning they had made to order blueberry Pancakes, a yogurt bar, Muffins, and a few other items, enough to make us all very happy. There is awesome food hall across the street. Thanks for a great night.

WEDDING PARTY & FAMILY best location near Central West End/Mid-town in STL. Robyn was our sales professional for our wedding and was Genuine and Exceptional in her work. She gave us ideas and asked questions that we hadn't thought of - first wedding for us to host. Robyn cared about every detail, checked on us during our stay, made sure guests that messed up their reservation had options and were well cared for. She also checked in on us days after the wedding. That was Robyn. The Venue was perfect. We had about 25 rooms, and "The Commons" which I HIGHLY recommend for the Bridesmaids and Bride Getting-Ready area. There were 6 attendants + bride + MOB + hair and makeup professionals, etc. This room and the next door private rooms were perfect. Worth every penny and we pinched them on the event. The venue would also be good for a family reunion. It is across the street from The Foundry. The staff were professional, smart, welcoming, and ready to help us with any questions.
