La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Kansas City Lenexa

Very clean room for a good value, everything worked, family friendly. I was skeptical at first as the reviews were mixed, but turned out to be “ok”. The room are in good condition, large room but small bathroom. Cool vanity mirror with lighting system and Dove soap was a plus. Only double beds, but we may do. Laminate floor, felt slightly “dingy” but clean, but made the room echo. No signs of bugs. Clean beds, clean towels, comfortable. Breakfast was decent. No elevator and swimming pool, but ice Machine on every floor. Would stay again!

This is by far the best hotel all around I've stayed at in the last couple weeks. Clean, smells clean, friendly service. They have breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and all the other things/ cereal muffins.

It was also very budget friendly.

The only negative had nothing to do with the hotel, but the guest on the first floor that smoked that can't let a good thing stay that way. I truly hope they get the fee added.

I was on the second floor, room 218.

Also for Bougie 1 star rating people... seriously.

No hotel is perfect, because you have the constant in and out of people, a lot of which are not considerate. You also have people who leave rooms trashed and staff that have many many rooms in their 4-8 hour shift. I little dust in the corner does not make it dirty.

I truly appreciate this place for the price and care.

Good Value Hotel, the clerk was cool, there’s a pool, rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was not even bad everything was nice and warm. The room i stayed in had a nice LED frame around the restroom mirror

Room was very clean and smelled very fresh. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast. Friendly front desk people.

A very clean establishment. They were extremely helpful in accommodating my wife's handicap. Top notch desk staff, Great breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room is clean, love that they use Dove soap. Only downside is they use double beds instead of Queen. But every time we stay staff are amazing. Good value for price. Rooms were remodeled recently.

We had a great experience. I can't say the beds were the most comfortable, but better than the rocks I've slept on at the higher rated and more expensive Ham...

Excellent customer service by Ron at the front desk and all staff. Great housekeeping. Very clean and comfortable room with excellent bed and bedding, refrigerator, and microwave. The suite was large with separate living room from the bedroom, and had two TVs with lots of channels. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Well done.

Very good options for the price! Was about to pay 61 for motel six then found this deal for 70 out the door, much more luxury for extra 10 bucks! I didn't see any kind of bugs, I have been bitten by bed bugs in L@s vegas luxury hotel that cost 150 per night, so its a hit or miss when it comes to that

The king suite room is very spacious, clean and all new furniture, tile, paint, tvs and there's 2 refrigerators in the room lol. They also use real dove (cucumber Melon) soap, shampoo and conditioner! We were very happy with our stay, and would stay here again

Absolutely an unexpectedly pleasant surprise! The rooms are great! They look recently remodeled. Extremely clean. Very nice staff and breakfast was awesome! Thank you so much! We will be back for sure!

I originally had a reservation at quality inn. They cancelled our reservation before our group arrived. Left there and came over to la Quinta!! Best decision ever!! The second shift male clerk was beyond awesome!! Told him what happened and he had a room for a third of the price of the other hotel. He got our group in. Then used a room that was set aside extra for Saturday night. Got us into that room a lot cheaper than quality inn. Breakfast is great!! Our rooms were great!! Absolutely friendly staff in every person we came into contact with!! They exceeded our expectations!! I will definitely tell others to stay there!! Beds really comfortable!!!

Stayed here for a week for work. Nice, clean rooms. Definitely a great place for the price, breakfast was good too. They even clean your room every day.

This place offered amazing rates during the NFL Draft so we jumped on them and expected it to be a little rough around the edges, but it was anything but!

The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure to acknowledge us whenever we walked through the lobby or if we looked like we need anything. The complementary breakfast hit the spot each morning. The only “downside” is our beds were really creaky and you could tell the frames are well past their shelf life. Outside of that, it was a GREAT place to stay.

Great clean rooms, and a free breakfast. Which I haven't seen in a long time. Very nice. Good customer service too.

The rooms are clean and the staff was very nice. I checked in late at night and brought my cat and panicked because I couldn’t find her in the morning and she somehow got under the solid bed. Betty I think her name is (she was doing laundry, I just chased someone down) helped me flush my cat out and I was very grateful

Clean room. Would have been nice if housekeeping would have left more towels and emptied the trash while we were out, otherwise no complaints. WiFi wasn't great. This was our second time staying at this location. Close to everything.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Sam! I was trying to book a hotel for my mom and grandparents (we were moving them halfway across the country). Sam made me feel so much better about sending them there. He told me he would make sure they were taken care of and there shouldn't be any issues with getting them a dog friendly room for the night. My mom called me after they checked in and said Sam was the best! He made sure they got a room and that they had a cart to bring their baggage in. Thank you for giving me peace of mind when I was very worried about them on the road that long! I did not stay here personally, so I cannot review the rooms or hotel itself, but service alone from Sam was worth it! Thank you, thank you!!

Place was clean and front desk was very helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and we'll definitely stay again when we are in the area. Right off of Interstate I35 makes the location perfect for travelers. Warm breakfast and the pancake machine was the coolest!!
