Cozy with jazz music. They heated up the cinnamon roll for me, and it was sweet and very buttery. Their latte was fine. I did enjoy the jazz music they played over their speakers, and that helps create the cozy atmosphere.

First time coming here. Gorgeous atmosphere. Quiet, clean, well lit. Everyone here is quick and kind. Service is fantastic. Food is exceptional! I got the harvest salad and chicken Rosa pasta. Both beyond delicious. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be coming back!

The manager was kind enough to come out and help me remember what the sandwich is called that I love there! The “uptown turkey” for the life of me I was having a senior moment! They are very kind and gracious to everyone:)

Gonna start 2024 by trying to highlight more positive experiences instead of coming here to post negative reviews.

Came here an hour before closing, but the pasta was still warm, (and they gave me extra) the coffee hot, the salad tasted fresh, and the cookies were delicious.

Only gripe is that the soda fountain has no Coke Zero, a beverage that's offered in all other CBCs I've been in.

The restaurant was bigger on the inside than I anticipated. Fairly cozy spot for lunch. The meatball panini was fantastic and has genuinely made me consider picking up a panini press – though I suspect it'd probably just be easier and better to come back here.

UPDATED: Pictures added from the amazing 135th street location... where the food & service is great! The too "crispy" breakfast sandwich (was from ROE location), but I ate it anyways...as it was "to go". I've gone to the 135th location several more times b/c everything I've ordered was yummy, & the staff is responsive. Also, I returned b/c: the coffee was good, the place was clean & socially distanced. It's one of the few places I have dined ...in the past year. 135th st. has an awesome outdoor sitting area too. I am addicted to this sandwich & location.😍

This was our first time placing a catering order for a business lunch and we couldn’t be happier. The delivery was made right on time. The food was so fresh and delicious. Everyone commented on how good it was. There was a problem with our order. (My fault, not theirs.). They were very nice about it and quickly got the additional food delivered to us. Big shout out to Sara. She gives exceptional customer service!

Love this place! Solid food all around and some of the best drip coffee in the area. The atmosphere is chill and cozy. It’s a great place to meet for a chat or when you’re low on energy but want to eat out. You order at the counter, which reduces the hassle and awkwardness of who pays.

Really nice covered outdoor patio as well!

Came here with some co-workers. Ordered the chicken pesto cavatappi which was spectacular. Pasta was al dente and the sauce was garlicky and tasty. The garlic bread was also flavorful and cooked perfectly. Will definitely have to come again soon.

Our wedding theme was a tea party so we catered simple sandwiches, pastries, salads, and fresh fruit. There was more than enough food for our guests and my husband and I were very pleased with our vendor choice.

We have fallen in LOVE with the Raisin Pecan Sweet Crisps and I stopped by to pickup a month supply (4 packages, if we have a little self-discipline). SOLD OUT, but I was told I could pick them up in the PM, they would be ready then!

Wow! Last night, our show choir (40 high school kids plus 5 adults) stopped for dinner and the staff knocked it out of the park! Not only did they get us through the line fast, but the food came out in no time. AND the food was awesome! I highly recommend this Corner Bakery Cafe the next time you're in OP!

This was my 1st time eating here but it won't be my last! They serve breakfast all day- which is my favorite meal. The egg and bacon panini I had for dinner was fantastic! The bacon was crisp and the sourdough bread perfect. I'm looking forward to trying pasta next time.

Had to get a lil bit of everything just to try with my bf. We ended up eating it all 😬 Yummy food and friendly staff.

Went to Corner Bakery every morning for three consecutive days the week of March 27th. There was a very friendly lady in the dining room talking to guests, cleaning, etc. The service was great, staff very friendly. I left my scarf and the next day inquired and the dining lady brought it to me nicely folded. Food and coffee were great. Thanks for making our mornings get off to a great start.

After finishing selling produce at the Farmer's Market in Overland Park yesterday, my Amish coworker and I came here for lunch. I wasn't expecting it to be much different than most places, but I was pleasantly surprised. They had several dishes to choose from and also serve breakfast all day. They serve a few different flavors of tea (both sweetened and unsweetened) as well as self-serve sodas.
I ordered a smoked ham and Swiss cheese sandwich along with a Caesar salad. I asked them to hold off the bread and croutons (I am doing low-carb), which they were happy to do.
The smoked ham was amazing, one of which I never tasted before. I even ate this more slowly than usual so I could savor the flavor.i guess you could say this flavor went to the next level.
I understand that they do their own meats, make their own sauces and dressings,etc. Now, this is not one of the restaurants where servers come out and refill your drinks every so often. It is a self-serve drink restaurant, but that does not make the staff any less appreciated. The staff are very friendly and courteous and will happily answer questions you might have.
This place definitely deserves 5 stars. We will definitely be coming back here again....and again.

If you want to have a good lunch this is the place to be! You don't have to wait in line a long time, and you also get your food nice and warm, and it is so good. I would definitely recommend this place!
