Our company is going on it's second year with KC Deck Supply as our sole supplier for high-end deck and railing material.

We love supporting a fellow local businesses, and these professionals have the efficiency piece figured out. We've also have to recognize Ethan's top notch customer service and knowledgeability. He's never not answered his phone and is always willing to provide material and installation recommendations. As a contractor operating it's own small business, this relationship and the qualities he carries as a rep for your company is what makes the difference.

I had a issue with some deck solar lights and couldn't find an answer to solve my problem anywhere. I found Kansas City Deck Supply and with one simple phone call to John, he gave me a quick solution over the phone free of charge. I appreciate the willingness to help a guy out of a jam who was not buying anything from him. He'll be the first person I call when I'm ready to redo my deck though!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Asks questions about deck environment to get you the right fit without up selling. The showroom is very well laid out to give you a good feel for what your deck will look like. Only wish is that they had better weekend hours.

This company actually has great wood. It's straight and is high in quality. More expensive than box stores but then the box store doesn't have this type of wood.
