Absolutely loved this place. I came here as they are the only local place that sells my brand of dog food. When I walked in I was greeted by every employee that saw me. One even greeted me twice. 🥰 Shoot even a customer said hi to me. I love that in small towns. Wish the bigger cities could adapt similar ways. Anyway, the cashier was so sweet and helped me get signed up and save 10% for doing so. And a em sweet gentleman offered to help me get my dog food into my car.
Once all done I brought my cart back inside as they didn’t have any cart returns in the parking lot and the sweet cashier said Thank You. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve done that and get nothing from other places.
Thank You for being my new go to place and for being such a polite place to visit.
For me that really goes a long long way!!!

The folks at this Orscheln's in Gardner are really helpful and nice. They always greet you and if you see an employee in the store somewhere, they always ask if they can help you find something. I appreciate the great customer service! Their prices are reasonable and they have a wide variety and selection of items in stock. I recommend you try them!

Great people working here! Always very helpful and personable. This is our go-to store for various feeds but we usually find other items that we didn't know we needed. Look for manager specials & you'll find really good deals.

Super friendly. You hear a "Hi how are you" as soon as you walk thru the doors. The young people working there are extremely polite and anxious to help.

Great customer service!! The store is clean, and well stocked. I go there to buy my dog food, and treats. Their prices are comparable, if not a lil lower than the name brand pet stores. They have a good assortment of brands. They allow my puppy, who is a boxer mix, so a big lil boy of 9 months old, go into the store. He loves it. He knows what we go in there for, it'so cool. Happy pup, happy mom. I'd return, definitely.

He is absolutely amazing. We needed 16 bales of straw for our dogs and he not only met us out back to load them all but also helped us tie them down correctly. He was very polite, yes sir no sir, took the time to listen to us talk about dogs (like dog parents do) and was incredibly helpful.

This is a great little farm store. I almost always get my outdoor plants from here. They have some really neat western clothes and then just some other things that are kind of surprising that I didn't think I'd find there. I really like the store

This place is great. Was able to start our chicken flock with their chicks and got all the gear we needed. Manager was super helpful and informative too. Will be back.

Excellent service on my first visit to this store and I will be back! Was met at the door essentially by a manager or very professional staff member and was immediately and intelligently assisted in my purchase. Will visit them for any potential purchases that they supply first in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A little bit of everything for sale. Most things a farm might need from day to day. Decent selections of plants for landscaping and garden. Nearly complete power tool selections from DeWalt and Milwaukee. Work-wear from Carhartt and others. Grilling gear and local flare too... And! Good prices on near everything.
