I had questions and Ferg was knowledgeable and worked with me until I felt comfortable with my decision. The delivery team was experienced and took their time making sure the machine was properly installed. All together a positive experience and I love my Speed Queen washing machine.

Bought a new stackable Speed Queen washer and dryer set. Prices were cheaper than we found online. Delivery guys were employees of Dolsberry instead of outside contractors and it showed. They got the large washer/dryer stacked unit into my laundry with ease. They hooked everything up for me and gave me a tutorial on different features. Would highly recommend.

Local private owned business. Their prices compete with big box stores, but they have actusl knowledge of the appliances and their pros and cons of each. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The employees were easy to talk to and no sales pressure. Gave insight on the appliances and allow you time with no pressure to make a decision on what is best for you . Plus they delivered new and removed old appliance. Awesome company to deal with. Much better than buying experiences with companies like Home depot, Nebraska Furniture mart, Lowes etc .

Long story short, our dryer went out, they didn't have the part needed but found it. Got it to us the next day earlier than expected.

Fair price, genuine whirlpool part, and they were extremely helpful answering all my questions.

You will not get the customer service you get here anywhere else.

So nice to have knowledgeable help. Buying from a "not Big Box store" is good for everyone.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Had our new Speed Queen delivered and installed in less then two days. Installation crew was very professional also and walked us through our new washer. Always good to shop local. 5 stars from us! Dryer will be next when it goes out.

Such a great group of guys. They helped me find the exact washer/dryer set that I needed. The delivery guys were awesome and did the install quickly. Mike even stayed an extra couple of minutes to ensure everything was working properly. We will more than likely be replacing our fridge within the next year and Dolsberry will be our first stop. Our stove went out yesterday, 2 days before Thanksgiving. I was frantic knowing most big news store have to order them and deliver within probably 2 weeks. Went to Dolsberry bought the stove and picked it up today! They were so helpful, friendly and gave me a great price. I bought our daughter a washer and dryer there a couple years ago as well. They are now and forever my appliance store! Great hometown service!

Greatly appreciated all of the staff's help at Dolsberry last week. Our Dad is so happy with his Maytag dryer. I bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Dolsberry Appliance in Leavenworth KS. 3-4 years ago, (it was still under warranty) and the washer started messing up, so I called Dolsberry and they sent out a technician (Dennis) to fix it and he fixed it as good if not better than new, no charge. High praise for Dennis and Dolsberry! This is awesome customer service and I believe you can't go wrong with this hometown small business. I will definitely go back when I need a new appliance. A+ 5 STARS***** :)
