I have always been very impressed with this business. Electric Sun offers a variety of quality tanning options and I am able to change my plan based on needs that may vary throughout the year. The style & decor radiate positive vibes, it's very clean, and half of my closet comes from the cute boutique they have tucked inside. It is evident that the owners truly love what they do and care about their employees & customers.

Such wonderful good-hearted people! I have known Teresa and Howard since they started Electric Sun and they have always cared about everyone and know every customer by name.You will not find a better tanning salon! Super clean! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Beds are clean and bulbs are changed regularly. Adorable shopping boutique and tons of quality lotions to fit any budget! They treat you like family..you are never just a number there. Highly recommend!!!!

Nice Place. Very friendly attendant. I don't know her name. She was working on 12/16/20 6pm. I've never tanned before. She was very helpful. Walked me through the process. Unless she is the manager, her manager needs to know she is a very friendly and polite person to have in the store.

I used to work here when I was younger and the owners are so kind! I frequently stop in now to see what they have in their boutique. Affordable cute clothing and the jewelry is great quality as well. Love it!

Employees are always very nice the bed that I use is always available it's very clean and they have a very need store to buy clothes. I've always been extremely happy with this place.

Writing my first review because that’s how strongly I feel about Electric Sun in Gardner, KS... This is truly the best tanning salon I have ever been to (between Raytown, KC North and South Olathe). From the way they handle and maintain their equipment to the way they treat their customers...they go above and beyond. Typically in tanning salons you are dealt with by pretty, tan, young ladies who would clearly prefer to text than to handle customers. At Electric Sun you are greeted and assisted by staff, (which are pretty and young...yes), but who also actually care that you have a great experience, and recognize that how they treat you could help to make your day better or worse, and clearly their aim is to make your day better. Also, the owners, Teresa and Howard are often there, and are a delight to work with. It is obvious they are running their salon right, and training their staff well. If you would prefer an experience where you’re a person, not a number; where the owners care about people as much as the bottom line; where the staff is trained exceptionally well, and the facilities/beds are immaculately maintained, then Electric Sun is for you. If you would prefer to feel self-conscious, out of place, and irritating to the girl behind the desk who tells you “just a second” so she can finish her text, then go somewhere else. I ❤ Electric Sun!
