Marks Jewelers is my favorite Jewelry store in LK! They do such great work, have amazing jewelry, and most importantly, the most helpful and caring staff. I went in this week with a ton of questions regarding jewelry. The staff was so patient and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions and show me every piece of jewelry that I needed to see. I was especially fond of the manager, Jazmyn Cheray. She was incredibly kind, personable, and made me want to come back again and again just to chat with her! They have exceptional quality jewelry, everyone is friendly and knowledgable about jewelry, and they will go out of their way to make your experience the best. It is easy to see why they have been around so long and is one of my favorite jewelry stores. If you don't find what you want they will work with you to have one of their jewelry makers design and build your own custom pieces. Additionally, they offer some beautiful antique designs.

In 2014, my husband sat down with the owners of Marks and created my one-of-a-kind engagement ring. Although there were some hiccups along the way, I have certainly been surprised and impressed with the professionalism and kindness of this business. I am a proud patron, and continue to receive (what I feel) is some of the best customer service in Lawrence. The employees are warm and inviting, and knowledgable about the beautiful products. I love Mark's Jewelers! And I'm not really even into jewelry. I love the outstanding customer service that they have engendered over the decades that they have been in business. Every time I go there, I feel that they truly care about the people who shop there. The selection is outstanding and very high quality.

I went here thinking my Fossil vintage silver watch needed replated. The silver looked worn off down to the black base cover. But all it needed was a professional cleaning and polishing. It looks like new. They have done other excellent work for me over the years. I highly recommend Marks Jewelers!

I love Marks! I have a ring that needed repaired, I brought it in and was greeted with a smile by their lovely staff. All of the staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. They told me it would possibly take two weeks to fix my ring, I was fine with that. I was surprised when I got a phone call less than a week later letting me know it was ready. They fixed it beautifully, I can’t even see where it was repaired. I will use them again for my jewelry needs.

We worked with Rachel and she did a wonderful job. She is patient and knowledgeable and helped our family find the perfect pieces. She took the time to find out what we truly wanted and did an excellent job communicating during the whole process. She also gave us nice jewelry boxes to store our pieces and complementary jewelry cleaner and brushes. We had a terrific experience at Mark’s. It was worth the long drive from our home in western KS.

Very pleasant. It was easy to order and then go in and have my new watch band put on. I totally enjoy working with our small family owned businesses in our town.
My wife had her Wedding band, engagement ring and anniversary rings all soldered together. Marks Jewelry store in Beautiful Lawrence Kansas is,a great family owned business, they did a wonderful job on those rings, my wife is very happy. And I'll be returning for another watch band, and even though I bought it someplace else they'll still replace it for me. I highly recommend this store.

i have came to Mark's Jeweler's lots of times They are so Paitent and very caring and Very Nice they Fixed my watches lots of times when it Either had Dead Batteries or if they needed Cleaning They Replaced the Broken glass cover on my watch and fix me up for only $75 dollars that was alright i was able to Pay that i am going to start coming here from Now on :)

My husband and I took our enameled clock to Marks Jewelers to have it repaired. The service they gave us was excellent. While my husband was there to pick up our clock, he had them replace the watch band on his watch, too, which had broken. They did this easily and cheerfully. We are very pleased.

My family and I have been using Marks Jewelers for years. I have gotten my ring sized and cleaned by Jaclyn, as well as purchasing my fiancé's band from Marks. She is always excited to help customers and always goes above and beyond our needs. She also makes sure my grandma's clock, etc. are taken care of promptly. She's truly the best. My mother’s wedding ring is from Marks. After 30 years, it’s still beautiful and in great shape! We recently visited just to look around and the woman helping us was delightful. She offered to clean and inspect my mom’s ring and she let us play with their jewelry while we waited. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Marks has a gorgeous collection of new and estate pieces. Definitely something for everyone. We had a wonderful experience.

Marks Jewelers is the BEST! They have the most GORGEOUS rings and jewelry. My wedding ring is from Marks and after 14 years I’m still getting compliments on it because of its elegant and timeless design. Over the years we’ve gone in with jewelry repairs etc and they always do an excellent job. Great customer service too. The best in Lawrence.

I have been here multiple times for watch repairs and band replacements over the last couple of years, and they have always been a delightful. Their customer service is great. I have always felt intimidated by such a beautiful shop holding such expensive goods, but they have always been happy to help, even if I don’t buy. Luckily, I found some beautiful items in my price range! So when I do have the extra cash, I know I can find what I want at Mark’s Jewelers.

My expansion watch band (some of us still wear watches) had come apart. I dropped it off at Mark's, where I was told it could be fixed within a few minutes. My companions and I went shopping. When we came back in an hour or so, the wrist band was repaired and the amount charged was very reasonable. Thank you for your excellent and friendly service!! Great customer service and quality. We had our engagement ring designed and made here. The quality and attention to detail is top notch. Over 5 years later we continue to go here for any of our jewelry needs. Including cleaning and repairs. We've tried the big box jewelers and that was a nightmare.
