Someone give Marsha a raise because she is FANTASTIC. She (and her knowledge/expertise) single-handedly helped us go from no insurance coverage on the first inspection to a FULLY COVERED roof replacement through insurance. She is the reason that we, not only were even able to get our roof replaced, but that we used KSR over another company. She spent hours of her time working with us and advocating to insurance on our behalf to make this happen. I cannot recommend her enough.

Before I knew about KSR, I received a cheaper bid from another company but once I received the bid I never heard from them again. Customer service and professionalism makes all the difference and even though the bid was less, I would choose KSR a million times over.

On top of all that, once we got the ball rolling, our roof replacement was done so fast (in one day) and at such a high level of quality. There were no surprise charges and we knew exactly what to expect up front. This company is incredible and I will forever be recommending them to everyone I know. You cannot go wrong with KSR!

My wife and I bought our first house and needed a new roof. Aaron was extremely helpful and put on a new roof within a week of asking. The price was $1000 less than the company the seller wanted to use. They stripped the two layers of old roofing off and did the job in the correct manner. The job was done in a day, they cleaned everything up, and the roof looks fantastic. The best part about the process is the roof does not leak. Fantastic, professional work and was a great experience.

I was very pleased with the flexibility Aaron and his crews showed having to work with my crazy schedule, horses, and weather issues. The crews were careful in their work and did a great job; the metal guy is a real craftsman, making sure my barn roofs were on right. Aaron recommended changing out my old house vents to a ridge vent and it paid off this past summer with electric bills that were similar to last year, even with the high temps we had. Thanks KSR!

We called Aaron for a quote on a Tuesday, by the next Monday, he and his crew had started work. They completed a small, but complex roof (13 sky lights!) in 2.5 days and did an excellent job. Aaron and his crew were attentive to detail, which was crucial for our highly visible roof. Would definitely recommend.

May 28,2019 we were hit by the E4 tornado south of Lawrence. Our roof was damaged and needed a temporary patch before more damage could be done. We called KSR and they were out within 1 hour to place a temporary patch to prevent leakage. They then replaced our roof with a wonderful product and was very helpful in explaining the differences in roofing products working with the insurance coverage we had. Attention to detail was paramount and we are very pleased with our roof as well as Aaron and Matts' impeccable service. They are an established company that will be around to take care of any future needs!
We would use them again in a heart beat!

Aaron and his team at KSR Roofing were great to work with. They got my new roof done in a timely manner (and at the height of their busy season), they kept the site clean, and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Super reliable!

It has been a pleasure working with these guys. They have done two roofs for me and we will continue to use for all roofing needs. They keep the job site clean and free of debris. They took a watchful eye when doing back side off house as we had curious dogs out there watching them. A+++ company.

There was a conspicuous four-inch wave in the roof. I explained that my primary motivation for replacing the roof was to correct the wave. They assured me that they, KSR, could repair most, if not all, of the wave by replacing the plywood and reshingling the roof.

Upon completion, the wave showed little to no improvement. When I asked about the poor results, KSR told me that the wave was a structural problem and roofers don’t deal with structural issues. They offered to add supports to the roof at cost. I felt like I was in for a penny in for a pound, and against my better judgment, I threw good money after bad. The supports provided little to no improvement.

I have since had a builder correct the roofline. It looks great now. I was out about $8,000 with KSR and paid a second time to have the work done correctly. I didn’t have enough experience with roof replacement to know the difference between a structural problem and a roofing problem. Their confidence at the time of the estimate led me to believe I was in good hands. Bad on me for not getting multiple estimates. Bad on them for promising a result and begging off when they didn’t achieve it.

This might have been an outlier project that isn’t representative of the company as a whole. I think you can confidently use KSR if you know you only need new shingles and gutters. If you think the job is more complex, I recommend looking at other providers.

This company is not ready for prime time!!! Sent out a bid request (3 weeks ago) called for an update 2 weeks ago. They had no idea about it and had not received it. Sent a staff member to my home to pick up the request for bid. They had a week to respond. Heard nothing. Called again today 3x before I got someone on the phone with a fidgety baby in the background. She had no idea about anything. Company is probably a good one..., but if no responses to multiple requests with a written bid proposal over 4 weeks is met with nothing..., it is hard to see them working on my home or anyone else's.

Your employees like to lean out the window flipping people off while proceeding to attempt to run them off the road not once but twice 🥰 in a school zone nonetheless. Authorities have the video and charges will be pressed.
