David was great! He patiently addressed every text message of mine (and there were a lot!) and he kept me up to date with information on delivery and installation. The crew worked through the rain to get the job completed in one day and the guys were very polite and professional. I highly recommend FreeState Roofing.

The quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. The crew doing the work were friendly and attentive to cleanup afterward. I couldn't find one remnant of scrap or leftover material around the perimeter of the house once they were finished. Ryan answered my calls even when I know he was swamped with work, and was polite and professional, to a T. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommend them.

Owen came over and gave me an estament on my house and barn roof. He was on time which was very nice. He had a great sense of humor and made me laugh. Owen came out to my home to check my roof and I could not be more happy with how everything went. We can’t say enough how great of an experience we had working with Free State Roofing. Ryan Carter, the company representative, was excellent to work with. He was a great communicator. There was never a time we couldn’t get ahold of him. We didn’t anticipate how much guidance we would need navigating through the insurance claims process, but Ryan was there every step of the way. Professionalism, customer care and quality workmanship from the salesman to the installers employed by Free State Roofing, LLC is what we experienced first-hand. No unskilled or questionable workers were present to replace our severely damaged roof.

From the moment we met Ryan Carter we felt confident with his expertise from the first phone call to the final handshake. Our situation was rather complicated; part of the roof was damaged from a hail storm and the other part was we had no verified record of when the roof was built on our house we bought in 2008 as it was a flipped property. We worked with Ryan and gave him authorization to talk with our insurance adjuster. His experience and solid communication was incomparable to any other roofing vendor representatives we had met with. It proved beneficial in our favor as Free State’s motivation is “customer first & the less out of pocket finances for the customer.

The team arrived at 6:55 AM and promptly went to work only to find at least two dozen holes overall. The entire decking had to be replaced, and it took over eleven hours. They were consistent in their method and cleaned up accordingly. The team would have been done earlier had it not been for the extent of existing damage to the roof’s decking. Throughout the whole process, Ryan was constantly checking in or made himself available for any questions or concerns.

It’s an undertaking to have to do a roof replacement, and finding the right team at the right price is never easy for any circumstance. We would suggest that you contact Free State Roofing at the start of the process and save yourself time, money and give yourself some peace of mind that it will be done right.

David Purcell and his team were awesome -- they removed my messy old shake shingle roof and installed a beautiful new and stylish asphalt roof. He was very patient with me and worked with his suppliers to get me exactly what I wanted. I've already had a number of compliments on it! And, the clean up was outstanding. All within 2 days.
