Genesis Health Clubs - Lawrence South

I love working out here it has everything you need. It has all the equipment you need to get a good workout. They also have a plethora of classes that you can take if you don't know what to do but want to get active. I love to take the core class that goes into rock bottoms. The staff here is so amazing. I feel so comfortable leaving my child in the daycare because I know the ladies there treat him like their own child, and actually care that I get time to workout. Chaz the manger always checks in, and the other staff members are always sweet and friendly. There are so many other amenities that they have that I'm surely forgetting, but if you're looking for a laid back environment to get your workout on then this is definitely the place!

Switching to Genesis has been great! Used to workout at Crunch but the crowds were too much and Genesis gives not only space to workout but you get access to machines that you won’t find elsewhere. Only complaint I have had is that the South location is only open until 10 instead of 11 like the North location during the week but that’s fine because you can drive to the other location if needed. Awesome gym

Been going to the gyms in our area. The one on Clinton Parkway, the 1 on 6th street and the 1 on ridgeview off of K10. And I tell you what these gyms have made me so much. Healthier and happier congratulations to all the management and people that work there. They do a great job, always friendly and always knowledgeable. Hard to find that in a gym. The pool outdoors at the ridgeview. Genesis gym has really made made me look forward to summer. The people I have met there have changed my life for the better business, wise and friends and family. Wise, thank you, Genesis, gym once again. I really appreciate. Thanks!!!!!

Our trainer Keelan is amazing! He is so thorough when explaining the exercises and he truly cares about the form of the workout to insure you don’t hurt yourself. We are able to have good conversation, which makes the workout go by faster, and he keeps you busy the whole time! Enjoying our experience with him as well as the Health Club as a whole! 20/10 HIGHLY recommend

I have been going to Genesis Health Clubs since 2011 & I worked in the daycare with my kids for 4 years. I absolutely love Genesis! The atmosphere is so nice & fun! The classes are awesome & the daycare rocks too! The sauna is nice during the winter & I can go to different Genesis gyms in the area as well. I love, love, love Genesis Health Clubs & it's my Happy place!

This is not just my gym. It’s my home away from home. It’s my therapy. I’ve made friends, memories, and GAINZ in this building. Guys, I finally met lifelong fitness goals once I started coming here. You can do it too. Make it a routine. Make connections and develop your health support community here. There are good people and good resources. It’s clean and comfortable. When I went through a breakup, they let me cry in the corner. When I didn’t have running water, guess where I showered for 2 weeks? When it was 5 degrees at 6:30am and my car wouldn’t start, Preston jump started my battery. I belong here and You belong here.

Chas was very informative and walked us through the gym. My favorite part is the parents day/night twice a month. Love that it is family centered and friendly.

This gym is amazing all the amenities are fAntastic. The gym has 2 floors and multiple of the same machines so there is always space to workout and the cardio area is big and many machines.

My wife and I were wanting to get back on a healthy lifestyle and since we’ve joined we’ve felt so much better. Keelan is our personal trainer and he really cares about our health and is very thorough on what we do!

Really love the environment here! Super clean, the personal training sessions you get for free when you sign were awesome. The tennis staff was super kind and easy to work with and I overall just enjoy the people and equipment available. Locker rooms are clean, machines stay clean, very happy with my membership! So much calmer than crunch and planet fitness!

This genesis is amazing! Just the right amount of room and availability to get your workout in without feeling intimidated! Best kept gym in town with the friendliest staff that take such good care of you! 10/10.

I joined the South location in January of this year. My member experience has been stellar! The club staff are excellent. Scott is the Personal Trainer I have been working with and he is superb. He is extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally competent and has developed a customized a workout program that is challenging, fun, and appropriate for me. The South Club has a 'vibe' that is a wonderful blend of "mellow and intimate" among the staff and patrons yet at the same time, there's no doubt about how seriously the team there takes health and fitness!

Great gym, good atmosphere, great people and staff. One of the best gyms that I’ve been too with one of the best layouts. Always get a good workout, and never have I had any complaints.

One of my favorite gyms I've been to. Management is amazing and help whenever they can! Being new, you can feel nervous. Wondering if people are watching or judging because you're not sure what you're doing when you get there lol but not this gym. They treat you like a family here. Honestly, it's like going to a gym with your friends. All the more reason to want to go here.

This gym is now terrific! Nick the manager and his crew have done a 360 degree turn around since they have taken over. It is well organized, clean, friendly and a pleasure to come to. I have been a member for years and have for the first time taken up tennis thanks to Whitney and my son has had personal training from Weston. Great place to come!
