Ludlam Park

My son attends Sunset and he and his buddies like to meet up there after school. Very nice little park.

Such nice new playground equipment. No parking is hard

Toddler playground is brand new. There's a cool swing set too.

Lovely neighborhood park.

Updated equipment with awesome child/parent swing. We need to get these at all the parks! Nice rubber ground. No parking, street parking or parking at school across the street. This is a great park for 5 and under! Great walking access and picnic table. Went on a cloudy day so unsure about shadiness. Picture from school playground across the street. Great little area with plenty of shade. The playground itself was really hot( reason I gave only 4 stars) but I did enjoy the swing that allows me and baby to swing together! Good location for a little picnic! Also, there was a soccer goal which could come in handy!
