Rockhaven Park Equestrian Campground

Loved this place. Stopped on my way from TX to WI. Great individual pens for each camp spot. Right next to where you camp. Showers were clean and water available and awesome trails. Miles!!!!

We were very pleased with the trails at Rock Haven. Very well marked with a little bit of every type of terrain. The camp has nice big pens for horses. Camp was clean bathrooms had need of cleaning but plenty of hot water. There is a full weekend of riding. Lots of beautiful scenery. We will definitely be going back.

Our first horse trip here was great. Ignoring mother nature(102 degrees, spiders, ticks, flies).
The trails are well marked, some rocky some boggy. But really enjoyable. The campground is designed well, with pens for horses. The water is shared hydrants, but doable. We plan to return soon.

Nice quiet campground with several good sites. Even if you don't have horses, it is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The trails surrounding it are gorgeous. The restroom is not centrally located, so if you don't choose a site near it, the walk is not an especially short one. The campground closes for the season November 30.

Love it so many beautiful horses and friendly people. Had a great time fishing and trail walk.

How cool is it that there's a campground set up for people with horses? There are corrals by the campsites and riding trails through the woods and along the lake. It's a beautiful setting. There is also a shelter with tables for larger gatherings. I'm not a horse owner, but I really like this park and have hiked many of the trails.

Clean restrooms. Not very busy for being summer. Quiet and tranquil.

Beautiful area and well kept. Rangers that frequently patrol are friendly and helpful. Great family spot.
