Melissa did my hair, and she did an amazing job! I’m not very good at describing what i want, i wanted to go darker from blonde but keep a lot of dimension, and she knew exactly what i meant and did a phenomenal job. definitely will be back to see her!

The employees are all amazing. Just listening to the questions they ask their clients makes me happy. They attempt to give people what they want, but still in a way that will look good and be something they can maintain in their daily life, and not just look good walking out the front door of the salon.
My absolute favorite is Payton. I had switched to her a few months ago, and she completely understands my needs. I appreciate all the work she puts in to listening, participating with ideas/options, and getting what I want out of my hair. She’s amazing, and all around great person to see! She knows what she is doing!
Also, I cannot say enough about Aveda products. I have been using them for 20+ years, and love the way my hair feels when I use them! They have made a huge difference in the health of my hair, and letting it naturally look effortless. I do get a lot of compliments when I use them regularly, and I have naturally wavy/curly hair, so that can be tricky!
Try the salon if you haven’t before. It’s super cute, and there are enough great stylists for all types of needs. You won’t be sorry.

I have tried several salons the past few years...even some an hour away! But I love Jennifer! Her experience with both straight and curly hair is great. What I love the most is that even though she is the most experienced, she Listens to you. She believes stylists should listen to their clients because they know their own hair. She is patient and really wants clients to be happy with the results.

I booked a balayage with Melissa. It was my first time coloring my hair. Melissa was very nice, she did an extraordinary job on my hair. Answered all my questions and helped me pick out a color safe shampoo in the studio. 10/10 recommend!!!

Payton is fantastic! She’s always so patient and asks great questions before diving in to whatever I request.

Khia is an amazing esthetician. I got my eyelashes done (tinted and lifted) by her at her previous place of employment, and I’ve been dying to get in with her at Lou&Co. She is so sweet, gentle, and so nice to chat with or just sit in silence with while getting a service. My lash lifts and tints ALWAYS turn out perfect. Thank you, Khia!! :)

I had a facial with Khia. It was absolutely amazing. More relaxing than a massage and my skin felt so soft afterwards! I will be back.

Excellent service and highly recommend for your haircut and styling needs! I was in town for a wedding and in need of a haircut and style. I’m typically not good with change and was nervous to have someone other than my normal stylist cut my hair. However, all that fear went away after I saw how stunning my hair looked. Rachelle cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted and was enjoyable to talk with. I love the Aveda products used and the rest of the staff were also very pleasant. If I’m ever in town again and need a haircut/style I’ll definitely be coming back!

Rochelle took my limp, dull hair to bouncing, shining and New! She and the staff are professionals. She listened to my ideas and delivered beyond expectations.

I had my first haircut in 9 months with Tori this week, and she did a phenomenal job! I have a very particular way I like my hair to be cut and I told her the length and gave her a reference photo and she hit it spot on. I’ll definitely be returning! If you have curly hair and you want bangs with short hair, go here! I’m sure that all of the stylists and designers are fantastic as they were all very kind and I could tell they were taking their time and listening to their clients around me, but I strongly recommend Tori!

Extremely friendly staff, reasonable pricings, and a wonderful stylist! Melissa helped me with trimming down past a buzz cut, and had fun along the way with the styles in between where I was and where I went! Would highly recommend, and would get my haircut again!

Referred here by my sister with Mark. I haven't had my hair professionally done in 5 years (hubby cut it). I brought a photo of a style I liked and Mark cut and styled it TO PERFECTION! wow! My absolute fav salon I’ve ever been to, they have the super expensive lush vibe but are so cool and sweet! Ashalyn does my hair she is just such a sweetheart and is incredible. I have such a lovely time talking with her but all the girls in there are just all lovely. Not only do they make your hair look amazing but their products make it feel amazing. I never leave with a single complaint. Not to mention the prices are so fair for the quality of their service and products. I’ll never stop going back 10/10

I am very picky when it comes to my hair so when I finally after 3 years of no hair attention went into Lou and Co I was hesitant, nervous and a mess! My initial appointment was with the beautiful Miss Macy but I later transitioned to Miss Cara. Cara is the sweetest stylist I've met yet! She is very personable while keeping it very professional. She cares about my comfort and has bent over backwards to make me happy. I had an emergency situation and she went out of her way to squeeze me in last minute which I did not expect. I will and have recommended this salon to everyone I know. I couldn't be more happy that I finally found a salon that I can keep. My hair thanks them too!

Anna is the best!!! She gave me a haircut and was super friendly and easy to talk to. It was a very relaxing experience and my hair looks and feels so much better and healthier! Definitely recommend seeing Anna!

Shout out to …Ann? I think…
My sister had an absolutely awful experience at another establishment in town and was treated horribly all while being charged.

My sister showed up at Lou & Co in tears with awful hair and she was seen right away. The problem was fixed for the time being with an agreement that when Ann and my sister had more time they could set another appointment to fix her hair and achieve the style she was ultimately going for.

If you plan on spending any money at all…please spend it here where they are compassionate and willing to fix other’s mistakes and make things right.

Had a wonderful experience with Alysha! The environment was very relaxing and she pampered me and took great care of my nails. It was a wonderful time to myself, and it will be great to go back again. <3
