Best Western Plus Patterson Park Inn

Stayed here on a business trip. The location is a little bit outside of town. Nothing walking distance, as I said, kind of outside of town. Very clean establishment, the front desk staff were polite and the rooms were nice and cozy. The room had a mini refrigerator, and a nice tv, a desk and the thermostat was easily controlled. I couldn't get over high quite the stay was. I would definitely stay here for a good nights rest.

We come to this Best Western all the time. We come here so much my granddaughter wanted to have her birthday party here! The Best Western was more than accommodating and let us use their dining area for cake and ice cream and then let us have a small pool party! I can't say enough good things about this Best Western! Marv and Tristan are the best in customer service!

This motel was very clean, service was top notch, and the breakfast was excellent. Have never stayed at a Best Western, but now we will when coming to Oklahoma. We stayed a second time, have decided that the two times we go this way a year, this is where we will stay, love this hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfasts, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Hotel is nice! They have breakfast every morning and it's delicious, they give you a lot of options! Rooms are very clean.

The room was spacious, very clean and equipped with amenities that make traveling easier and low stress. The staff was very gracious and helpful at the desk despite the phone ringing with multiple callers. The whole place had a good quality to it and I'm guessing the management or owners has a good training program. We did not have breakfast but enjoyed some coffee. Stayed only one night but could see us staying again when the occasion arises.

The Best Western Plus hotel was located just out of town, not in town. The hotel lobby was spacious with an open area for breakfast.

The room was very clean with plenty of space to spare. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Night stands or lamps do not have USB ports.

Breakfast was good. The morning coffee was very bold, if you like that.

I would recommend staying here.

Absolutely stellar experience. The staff was so kind and lovely, the shower seemed to have an unlimited amount of hot water, and the room was neat, clean, and looked brand new. This was the first time that I've ever felt truly comfortable in a hotel room.

This was a spur of the moment stay and it was a great experience. After a long day in the car, we needed to get some sleep. We checked in and the room was extremely clean. One problem, our TV didn't work. I called the front desk who troubleshoot the problem but didn't correct it. With no hesitation she gave us a new room and allowed to see if the TV worked 1st! And it did! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was just what we needed before heading back on the road this morning!

Nicest hotel in Ark city area. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice fitness area.

The hotel appeared to be new. Everything was super clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast went beyond what is usually offered (3 choices of eggs, potatoes, etc.). For how nice it was, the price was reasonable. The only problem we had was that the pool, which was nice, was way over chlorinated. After swimming two laps, my eyes burned so bad I had to get out and they still burned the next morning. We did report the problem to the desk when we checked out and the desk attendant wrote a note and promised he'd notify maintenance. Hopefully he did and the levels were corrected.

This hotel won the best of the best last year and I believe they should for this year. I have traveled all over the world and this had to be the cleanest room and facilities I have ever been to. Breakfast area always tidy and neat. Service was wonderful at the front desk.

Nice hotel next to hospital. Close to town and nice pool.

Everything was great. Breakfast offering were plentiful and varied from morning. Rooms clean and spacious. Front desk personnel were always pleasant and helpful.
Only complaint, as a 5'2" person I could not safely reach the shower head to adjust.
Their signage from the north is non-existent, but that doesn't affect the quality of the stay.

Great hotel. Very clean, the room was spacious, bathroom had more room than typical hotel rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was actually pretty good and had decent variety. I also liked that each day had a theme, made it feel less like a hotel and more like home to me. Will definitely stay at this location when I come back.

We stayed again on March 31, 2018. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Mario helped us get checked in again, and he's just awesome. They made sure our two boys got a complimentary cookie upon check-in. The next morning, the breakfast was amazing. They had some typical continental items, but then had lots of extras to put it over the top. The kids loved the waffle topping bar, and my husband and I liked being able to create our own breakfast burrito. They even have almond milk! We were greeted with a smile and a friendly comment every time we passed by the front desk. The kids used the pool and it was a great temperature. It was very clean both times we entered, with towels available everywhere and folded neatly. We didn't get to use the fitness center, but it looked very nice.
We have nothing but positives about this hotel! If you are in need of a hotel in Ark City or the Winfield area, this is where you want to stay!

Nice hotel. Great staff. The manager goes above and beyond to make your stay great, as well as the staff. Wide variety of food for breakfast. Nice little gym and pool area, with an outside patio and grill to cook on. The only issue I had with my previous 13 day stay was with the washer and dryer. They work just a little dated and not as effective as they could be. Other than that great hotel, food, staff, housekeeping, and management.

The hotel was 5 1/2 years old but still looked new. The place has been well cared for. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We have been traveling for 2 weeks and it was so very nice to see a variety offered at breakfast. A changing breakfast menu is an awesome feature and is something the rest of the industry should consider.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. This hotel has now upped my standards ;) Wonderful customer service from the front desk to the people handling breakfast… cute town, too! I recommend eating at Pizza Ranch— yummy!
