They have a huge board game selection. They have nice displays for the games that make it easy to see them all at once. They have some interesting puzzles as well. If you are into manga, tabletop games, or gundam models they have those as well.

These guys do really good work and they are still WOEFULLY underrated. Its like if Vintage Stock had a cooler older brother that didn't smell and do that weird thing with his fingernails.

Great game store. Huge amount of inventory and this place is the go-to in Lawrence for anything tabletop board game related. Plenty of table space to come play games and in-house terrain. My friends and I play 40k games here all the time.

This is my first stop for my gaming needs, the staff is always friendly and helpful! The tabletop room is available for game play, and has a nice collection of terrain you can use to play your tabletop games with!

One of my favorite places to stop by when visiting Lawrence. Great atmosphere and a huge selection of board games, models, video games, manga, and TCG's .

Great local store to find all your rare old games! Trade in for store credit is very fair. Lots of inventory other than games, Comics, Movies, Trading Cards, Action Figures, Consoles, Board Games and more! Can't recommend this store enough! 2 locations in Lawrence, knowledgeable staff and lots of great prices!

Best gaming store in town. Nice, big, clean play space to play games. Nice selection of board and card games and other related hobby supplies. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They know what they are doing. Carrying a good collection of animation figures and card games. My son loves it. The price is reasonable, I know it is pricey, but the way they open this at Lawrence (aka the middle of nowhere) is already a blessing. Perfect place for parents or grandparents to pick up Christmas gifts for cute kids.

My boyfriend loved this place! He said it was one of the largest collections of nerd/hobby stuff he's ever visited. He was particularly impressed by the board and tabletop game sections, and said he could easily spend all day there. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), we're from out of town, and it will be some time before we can come back and browse some more. But we'll definitely be back!

What a fun little shop! I was in town for a family reunion and decided to go exploring. And is there any better place to explore in a new city than a game shot? I think not.

Everything was clean and orderly, a fantastic selection and a wonderful array of odds and ends- the kind that makes game shops the magical places they are.

And a huge shout out to the lovely girl who's name I shamefully forgot, who not only took the time to help me pick out my D&D alignment (lawful good, for the curious) and pair it with some fantastic little buttons; but she also directed me to some wonderful places to visit and some restaurant recommendations! (Free State beer cheese soup is pretty much the best thing I have ever eaten in my whole life!) Gaming people really are the best kind of people.

Were I able to give it double the stars I would, but as google sees fit to limit us in such matters, here we are.

I might come back to visit Kansas just to wander around here again.

They recently (at least to me) moved to this location and the facility is great. They continually have quality products, fair prices, and friendly, professional staff. I took my 10 year old to buy some Pokémon cards a day prior to the national release and he was stoked.

They have a large assortment of Boards Games, D&D, Warhammer. What made the trip was the Trading Cards and Sports Cards section. They had some older cards available which is always nice to see as many places only have the newest product. The store was clean and had other various items like Funko Pops and Action Figures. If you need it they probably have it. Prices are full retail which is to be expected but you pay for the convenience. I would come back to the shop for more cards.

This place is an hour away from me. And I’ll make that drive. They have more miniatures for dnd than a lot of places near me, a bunch of different board games, and an area just for cards. On top of that, you can bring your dog (as long as they behave). It’s probably a good thing they’re not closer to me since I’d probably end up spending way too much money there.

I always come here whenever I need something for my card collecting. Great place for it all.

Lawrence has a few amazing game/hobby stores and Game Nut is one of them. They've got an amazing selection of board games, card games, and miniature tabletop games. As an avid miniature collector and player, I appreciate that Game Nut has tables and an assortment of terrain free to use for the public. I make sure to stop by every time I'm in town.
