First, they repaired my wife's car fairly quickly and it back on the road. Then, after a recent coldsnap drained her battery, they ordered a new battery and installed it in less than an hour. Awesome service!

Amazing experience getting my SUV fixed up after an accident in late Feb. They worked me in quickly and got the repairs taken care of honestly and efficiently. They worked directly with the other drivers insurance company, which took the work/stress off of my shoulders. They also offer loaners if needed, during the repairs. When I picked it up, my SUV was cleaner than when I dropped it off and the repairs completely erased the damage. I was concerned about paint match because it's a pearl white but they absolutely nailed it! I hope I never NEED to come back, but if I do, I will go happily! Well done, Richmond Body Works!

I had my car towed here in April for body work. Giving them 5 stars doesn't do them justice. Jake kept me informed on the status of my car often. The shop's standards are higher than some insurance companies. If I'm needing body work again, I will definitely count on this place!

This place is amazing. Jake, the owner, is so knowledgable and helpful! He explains every single thing and doesn't sugar coat it. They worked on my car for about a week after I hit a deer. When I got it back Jake explained everything they did, and they spotlessly cleaned the inside, front and back. This is my new body shop.

I had deer damage on car and hail damage on my truck last year they did an excellent job and made sure i was happy with the work. This year took car back for hail damage and another great job. I would recommend Richmond Body Works to anyone needing work done on your vehicles.

After my car was beat with baseball and softball seized hail a few weeks ago we were told it would take about 3 weeks to fix but to my surprise they were done in about a week. Everyone was extremely friendly and my car looks like new! They even painted a piece of my door handle they didn't have to to make it match. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
