We came to the ankeny Kay’s location to get our twin 6 month old ears pierced. Sydney and John were wonderful with our girls they were very gentle as well. They pierced both ears at once and they didn’t even cry. Easy fast process. Sandra also was super helpful with our kids and picking out a necklace for our other daughter as well as helping us get our jewelry cleaned.

Geena was very helpful in assisting me in making the right jewelry decision. She was very friendly and informative on gemstone and metal properties. I will be returning to make more purchases.

The customer service was remarkable. I felt zero pressure from the wonderful sales rep Alana. She is extremely helpful, likable and knowledgeable. I will be back!

Sydney was AMAZING! She listened to what we needed, walked us through any processes and took time to help us find what we needed!! I came in with my teens and she treated them like ‘real’ customers also - which they were since all this was for them and their wedding! Other stores did not! Thank you again Sydney!!

I just want to share that the Kay jewelers in Ankeny, Iowa is the best Jeeelry store. You could possibly ask for Ankeny is so blessed to have this establishment within its boundaries. The staff there is amazing they take care of their customers they don’t charge an arm and a leg. They’re always looking out for their customers. It’s an incredible store.

I was looking for a very specific wedding ring when I stopped in at Kay while I was in Ankeny. The manager, John Hoey, took the time to show me a lot of rings and was very patient as I kept asking to try more on. John understood that I needed something very specific due to osteoarthritis in my fingers. Because of this, a lot of rings I tried to wear actually physically hurt, and I had stopped wearing my ring altogether. John finally found the perfect wedding band that I can wear comfortably and wear all the time. I would definitely recommend John Hoey to anyone looking for jewelry.

Decent place to shop, talk to Geena for your purchases. Very knowledgeable on her gems as well as inventory. Highly recommend. Won't be disappointed.

Was quick and efficient all due and thanks to Ms.Lydeara she was fantastic quite attentive to my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and assisted me accordingly with finding a great gift for the Folks at home all the while providing an exellent experience. She stayed quite patient even though I know I can be quite indecisive and don't care for jewelry much and have zero knowledge about it. She was a great help thank you again.

Best Kay jewelers I have ever been too. Lydeara was amazing at helping me trade in a necklace for my wedding band. The band was expensive & so we held off, but she called me and let me know it was on sale! What an amazing human to continue to think of me, and be excited about my wedding ☺☺
