Flawless Nails

I’ve been twice and both times I had a relaxing, wonderful experience. I will continue coming here and only here. I love my detox pedicure. I feel so taken care of when I visit. Absolutely recommend no hesitation.

The BEST nail place I’ve ever been to. I move a lot naturally and my nail techs were so patient with me. The atmosphere was so inviting and they were so appreciative just for me coming there. Not to mention they’re so funny. My nails came out amazing! Definitely a loyal customer from here on out! Thank you! 😊❤

I love coming here! I followed Amy over as this is her sister Hannah and brother in law Kevin’s salon. Absolutely adore them! Kevin is always right there for anything you may need and both Hannah and Amy are always happy to chat and laugh while we work! They always take great care of me. I’ve built strong friendships with them all and will never go anywhere else!

Hannah does the best nails! They were very kind and super accommodating. Highly recommend!!

**Update: Don redid my nails. He took ownership and understood my dissatisfaction. But he also was so friendly the entire time! I felt welcome and heard. He went above and beyond and even gave me a gift card AFTER he fixed my nails. I will definitely be going back. Don not only corrected my nails but also made me feel good about coming forward. He was so apologetic and so kind. My nails look so great now and I couldn’t be happier they offered to have me back in and show them they can do better!

The pedicure was fine other than the fact the water was cold and I asked them to make it hot and then it went to luke warm and my cuticles were cut to the point of bleeding and STUNG when the clear gel went on. Now for my nails- they fan out at the top like wide as hell, my fiancé doesn’t notice little flaws on my nails but he noticed this and was like what is going on? I tried to have another person fix them too but they just look bad. Definitely not flawless I’ll tell you that.- I go back tmrw to get them fixed and will post updated pictures and hopefully change my star review #. I really thought they were friendly and they are willing to fix them so I appreciate that.

Hands down the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had. From the service and massage to their personalities to the kindness, price, and more… it can’t be beat! My nails look absolutely gorgeous and the staff is top notch. A+!!

I get really anxious about not liking the first color that is picked at nail salons. They made sure that I know it's okay if the first color isn't the one you like, they are patient on helping you figure out the right color. Hannah free handed the design in the middle. She has other designs I'm sure you'd love. Overall, no complaints... great service, people, and nails

My mom, sisters and I went to celebrate a late mother's day together and Hannah was so personable and everyone was wonderful! We will all be back!

I love going to this shop, everyone is always super friendly and treating you with care. They do a fantastic job on my nails everytime, I always leave happy and loving them. I’ve been to almost every nail places in Ankeny and they are by far the best.

Been getting my nails done for years, since I found Hannah, I never go to anyone else. I struggle with anxiety and nail biting, and have been laughed at, talked down to, and made to bleed from people who rush thru my sets. Hannah is the only nail tech who not only takes her time, asks me how I'm feeling and if I want her to change anything (she knows I can be picky!) And doesn't get mad but wants you to leave happy! Calling today to get in to see my girl!

If you’re looking for a new nail place, this is where I always recommend. The service is incredible, the atmosphere is fun and comfortable, and I always leave satisfied. I normally see Hannah, but everyone helps as needed, which is nice to see. Every set I’ve gotten done, I’ve shown pictures of my original idea, told her the changes I want, and she always delivers. They are also always so kind! They make genuine connections with their clients, and always want to make sure you’re pleased with your visit. Again, I highly, highly recommend this salon!!

I have been going here for just shy of 5 years now and I have to say that I will only get my nails done here! I started coming here when I lived in Ankeny, I have since moved, but the trip back is worth it! I get a manicure about once a month, and my nails look FLAWLESS all of the time, even when I go back in (minus the part that has grown since my last appointment). I usually get a pedicure every few months as well and I am always happy when I leave the salon! Not only is the service amazing, but the customer service is phenomenal! They always make sure that I am offered something to drink as soon as I sit down, and we chat the whole time I am in there! They remember what is going on in my life and ask about the friends I have brought with me in the past. They care about me (and my nails) and make sure that I always have the best experience possible! Flawless Nails truly lives up to the name and I absolutely love it here! Hannah and Kevin aren’t just my nail techs, at this point, I consider them pretty good friends as well!

100% will be back. I went in for a pedicure a month ago and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I went again today an hour before close and they took us gladly and even went well past closing to finish. Both times 11/10 would recommend and worth every penny. So so personable! I wanted to wait to do a review until I got my nails done, but I brought my 14 year old brother in tonight and he got his nails done and they made him feel so welcome and comfortable. It only being his 3rd time getting his nails done, he’s not 100% comfortable the past two times I took him and he was so comfortable, satisfied and excited to come back next time. Their quality is top notch and the customer service is elite. We found our forever nail place!

I have been getting my nails done for a long time now and the owners Hannah and Kevin are amazing, always so friendly and easy to talk to. I have had my nails done by every tech there and have never had a bad experience. I normally get tips but recently transitioned to using my real nails and I came in with one nail almost completely broke off and Hannah was able to work her magic and saved it for me. I also recently got my eyelashes done for the first time ever and Hannah did so amazing putting up with me as I don't really like stuff being near my eyes, she made them look so natural,im in love with them. I always leave here so happy.
