I stopped here often after I got off from my night shift job. Jill behind the counter was always waiting with a smile and genuine care. Legitimately the best customer experience I could ask for. Thank you Jill.

All the workers Dana, Shawna, Tonya, and Tate are wonderful and so very helpful. It’s so nice to see people have pride in there work and those people do, they know customer service very well and they make me smile everyday I go in there!!!! Thank you!!!😊

Never had any issues with anyone here anytime i went in. Staff was nice. I was wondering if anyone knew lately if Albia BP closed up for the nightly hours, not be open 24 hours? There were couple times i was gonna stop by but it dark inside as if closed for the night lately.

The crew here is outstanding, all very nice & go above and beyond to make their customers feel happy with their entire BP experience!

Okay here is my problem they are temporarily closing at night which is fine due to staff shortage, but when they have there temporary hours posted on the door and your there one hour before there supposed to be closed. And guess what? Their closed! So why post hours if it doesn't matter anyway.

I miss Dawn. She ran the store a top 10. Now the staff is rude and nasty.

The store needs an update. It looks run down on the outside and inside. They do have later hours than Casey's tho.

What’s the point of having 3 gas stations on the same road blocks apart and none of them are open past 10. The building is disgusting, the district manager needs training, none of the food is fresh or taste good for that matter. Don’t waste your money here. Don’t give it to them. Terrible business practices and horrible customer service. You will have a easier and better time drilling for your own oil then giving it to this POS.

Called to order a pizza today and was told by a young kid to call back again in 20 minutes because he was there alone and no one to cook. He was very overwhelmed you could tell by his voice. My business went somewhere else. If you don't have workers then where is the manager at? Why would you leave a young kid alone to run a store.

The workers are nasty. Over her one of the female workers yelling at a kid than said the n word out side. Vary unimpressed. The young girl was nice and polite when I walked in
