If not for the helpful advice from Ryan about dealing with the insurance company we would have easily been misled and ultimately ripped off a couple thousand dollars in the end. This place is amazing. We were heading on vacation with our old Volvo and discovered a fuel leak on the side of the road. We found them on google. Called and they told us to come right over and they would check it out. They discovered where our problem was quickly and was able to get us back on the road in a short time. Very friendly and caring for the situation we were in. Can’t say enough good things about them.

These guys are top notch. Had a rental vehicle that broke down. The rental car company roadside assistance failed us miserably. It ended up we had to call the sheriff's and they brought Outer Limits with them. Ryan showed up, loaded our vehicle and gave us a ride to a hotel. The hotel had no rooms available so Ryan pointed us to another hotel and gave us a ride there. He came back in the morning and towed us and our truck to Des Moines. Ryan and Outer Limits went miles above expectations.

These Guys are the only Full Service Heavy Truck Maintenance and Repair Facility in the region! They can perform maintenance and mechanical repair as well as accident bodywork and full rebuild. They can tow anything… Check them out!

Best service ever I had 2 other tow trucks come out and they couldn’t get it but still had to pay but they got it out right away and was so nice

Had my speedometer quit . Pulled into this place and a fella by the name of sticks came out , he pulled me up to the shop door and within an hour I was back on the road fixed .
Met the owner as well . Super nice guy ... unless your one of those guys that uses 3 1/2 tubes of grease on your 5th wheel and you show up needing the ujoint directly underneath that 5th wheel replaced , than he may not be so nice . But in his defense, seriously dude , you realize that when 50 k is setting on it there’s literally less than a 1/1000 of an inch clearance and you just greased it like your frosting a cake ??
