Owner has a lot of personality, along with great cuts of meat. Baloney is excellent and prices are very reasonable. Just got some steaks and chicken wraps today, can't wait to try them. Remember to take care of your butcher and he will take care of you.

Excellent processing, fair pricing. Has some excellent spice mixes and recipies that have been evolving and getting better and better. I'm not a big Braunschweiger fan as far as off the shelf stuff- Tony has an excellent braunschweiger.

I would like to go here sometime to see what all they have it's interesting to go into different meat lockers they have different foods my favorite was always the deer deer sticks.
