Dan showed up at the property we’re renting to do our landlord a favor in her harassment she’s been putting our family thru and every one of her tenants thru before us! We were not given written notice! They never sent out an appraiser or inspector… nothing just unauthorized pictures. We know how house selling goes we sold my mothers house in 2017…. They’ve not done any of the steps before selling. Anyone else who’s been victim of them or the Clark farm please reach out to us because they’re getting sued! The home is not up to code! The well is dangerous and has made our family sick until we went to bottled water. Levels from the state were very high in testing. Made all the other renters sick too. Do not fall for these guys or the Clark farm!!!! They’re dirty! BEWARE
