My kitchen sink was backed up. I was pleasantly surprised that Choice Plumbing was able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. My technician, Kevin explained the process to me. He was very professional. I am a satisfied customer! I will contact Choice plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

Choice Plumbing, Heating, & A/C was contracted through AHS to repair our non-responsive HVAC unit.

Brendan was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the bad transformer and replaced it to have our unit working in no time. He also added a fuse which was missing from the control board!

We purchased a home with an AHS warranty, the first summer we lived in the home the AC unit was not functional. We filed a claim with AHS and within 2 hours Choice Plumbing, Heating and Cooling called to set an appointment. The technician was punctual, respectful and took the time to leave a detailed note about the repairs and issues with the unit (we were not home at the time). Fast forward to this summer and again we had an issue with the AC unit, different issue this time, again set up a claim and within hours got a call to set up service. Technician was out, repaired the issue within 30 min during a hot weather streak so that we could get the house cooled down. Regretfully the AC unit now needs replaced just through a series of bad luck, however the technician, Brandon, went over our home in detail and some suggestions on our new unit that might help solve some of the issues in the house. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. I never felt as though they were in a rush and they always answered my questions.

The only issues we had honestly were with AHS, as someone who works in insurance, I have never seen a contract with so many requirements/loopholes.

My family just moved to Iowa and within our first week in our new house the water heater was leaking. A contractor, Mike, was scheduled quickly and fixed the problem! I panicked when I heard a weird noise the next day and Mike came back out to make sure everything was ok. As a woman I’m used to men talking to me like I don’t understand things like this, but not Mike! He talked to me normal, the same way he talked to my husband. He was very patient with me too. Would 100% recommend this company and Mike!

We had a somewhat complicated scenario where a drain was backing up into an old lead vent pipe and leaking (our house is 120 years old!) Mike was the plumber from Choice Plumbing who was fabulous and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. Charity in the office on the phone was delightful and helpful. All in all, I’m very happy and would recommend them again!

Very professional.. from the initial call to install was in a timely manner.. No up charges! they did a great job.. Choice will be my first choice if any other issues arise..

Great company & people. When are furnace did not come in as scheduled Charity worked all day with American Home Shield to get 1 that day. She made it happen! This was a Friday in March and with all her hard work the warranty company paid the overtime to do the install on a Saturday. I would recommend them to anyone!!! :-)

I go through American Home Shield and they contract through this business, so it's always a roll of the dice because you can't choose the contractor. But they've been the go-to for our finicky HVAC system for a few years and they've been terrific--on time, prompt, professional, instructive, and will mask up on request. Would fully recommend them.

Great people to work with. Been out here several times via AHS for a unforeseen sewer back-up and furnace issues last spring when we moved into our home. Our furnace finally bit the dust and they installed our new one this week as soon as AHS delivered it, even with the high call volume I assumed they had seeing with the -50 degree windchills and made sure we were satisfied. Would recommend.

Choice Plumbing saved the day! A/C went out on hottest day of the year. Choice Plumbing was here within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Pricing was explained when I made the appointment. After diagnosing and repairing the problem, they even discounted the cost without being asked. I would definitely call them again.

Had problems with my home warranty company when my a/c went out. Home warranty company couldn’t get me a new unit for weeks. Choice was able to figure out a solution and get the problem resolved right away! Highly recommend them!
