I only toured their facility today but I loved what I saw. All of the employees were friendly. The dogs all looked happy. The facility was clean! They have a wonderful system set up for boarding which is what I was looking into. They wanted to make sure our dog would be happy in their environment so we brought our dog in today for a test session. It really shows how much they care about the animals in their care.

Everyone there was very friendly and asked questions about Sassy and how I would like her cut. They really did an amazing job on my 15 yr old who had never been there before and had anxiety. And when i picked her up she looked amazing. I was very happy, and already made her next apt.

Pampered Pets fit us in last minute and after-hours and was extremely kind and understanding during our moment of need! They took excellent care of our Siberian Husky. We are from Colorado and had a death in the family. We headed to Iowa and needed someone to watch our dog during the visitation and funeral. Pampered Pets treated us like we were their regular customers and when we picked up our husky he was so happy from playing all day. I highly recommend Pampered Pets! We will definitely be back when we are in town. Thank you for being a great business!

Cody and staff take such great care of our 4-legged family members. The posting of FB videos during boarding are great. So reassuring to see your pets. They do great grooming, too!

My dogs are always excited to arrive and tired when they leave. The staff know both my dogs by name and are upbeat and friendly to pets and owners. I enjoy being able to see pics and videos of my dogs on facebook. I know without a doubt that my dogs are taken care of and loved at least as much as at home if not more when they are at Pampered Pets. After each visit we are given a report card of how the stay went. Keeping us connected and informed. A+++

Took our golden doodle and standard poodle in. Very fast turnaround and the dogs looked amazing. Super friendly staff, will definitely be using again

After talking to Cody and sharing our feelings on what happened, she has assured me she has talked to the new groomer, I assured her Porsche is doing well, after 3 days of resting her leg. All is well, Everyone can be assured they will take care of any problems.

Staff treat my pet like their own. Fun and open play area for the pets too! Lots of items (treats/food/toys/leashes/collars) for your pet as well.
