Simply Nourished Market & Mercantile

We went here for registration for a holiday run. It was a great surprise and new discovery. The staff was super nice and welcoming! They had a ton of cool kitchen related gadgets and tons of small batch food options. I'm not diet restricted so I'm not sure what all it wad but it seemed like there were tons of organic options and likely a wide array of vegan options as well. This place is definitely worth a stop when you're in mason city.

What a GEM in Mason City!!! I love the grab & go lunch options! I love the space to meet a friend for lunch & work time! I love the helpful staff as I navigate through trying new foods! I love how they support serving local food!

What a neat shop just off of Central Park in downtown Mason City! We enjoyed exploring the store, not only for its many food, beverage, and condiment options, but also talking with the owner, who was very helpful and welcoming. You can get basic staples, as well as grab-and-go meals and sauces/oils.

North Iowa is fortunate to have Simply Nourished; stores like these aren't found in many communities this size, and I hope that many people will shop here and rent the commercial kitchen space!

Oh this is a fun shop! I got to taste (and buy) some delicious vinegars and olive oils. The girl helping with the samples and packaging was super nice. There are a lot of great little finds and unique products. Definitely worth a stop to check it out! Oh, and the owner (I think) told us about the unique history of the building while we were ringing up. Would definitely stop again if in town.

Been wanting to get to this store for a while now. Very professional and friendly service. An abundance of information on all of the products available. HIGH QUALITY olive oils and vinegars. Beautiful selection of merchandise. Great gift ideas. Prices are definitely on par with the quality on hand. What a great place right in the heart of Downtown Mason City.

We recently hosted a baby shower for our niece at Simply Nourished in Mason City. It was a wonderful experience! We were all able to gather around their large table for a yummy lunch which included chicken salad sandwiches and fresh fruit. And the most amazing bars for dessert... the cranberry shortbread were the best. The manager and staff were very helpful and accommodated our every need. After lunch we gathered around the sofa and chairs and opened gifts. It was a delightful afternoon!
Before we left we all did a little shopping and found cute gifts for Valentines Day, fun little kitchen gadgets, and note pads. This place is a gem for Mason City!

Stopped in for the open house a few weeks ago and picked up some lemon infused olive oil. So delicious I love it! This is one good place to visit!

This is a fantastic addition to Mason City’s downtown! I stopped in for the first time recently to grab a quick bite for lunch. I had the jackfruit salad (which I thought was better than chicken salad) and a ginger kombucha drink. The place, the selection and the people are great! I can’t wait to go back when I have more time.

The "Plain Jane" Sandwich and homemade Chicken Salad are DELICIOUS! You can taste the freshness in each locally grown ingredient. So many options to grab n' go changing daily and a regular selection of healthy groceries or snacks and more that will keep you coming back for more. Great selection of organic grocery items! They carry fresh produce, frozen goods, refrigerated goods and pantry staples as well. You can even get different flavored oils. They offer a classes as well.

What a nice surprise to stumble across Simply Nourished. A nice selection of items, many local, including a small selection of freshly prepared foods. Helpful and friendly staff. Relaxed feeling, with plenty of space to spread out and even lounge around. Bring your own shopping bag (otherwise $0.20 per bag); 3% credit card surcharge.

Very helpful staff with lots of healthy, organic gluten-free foods, and fresh produce. I see myself shopping here frequently! So glad to have this in Mason City!

This store has a wide variety of very fun household items in addition to health foods. This is a must see for anyone who has not been here before.

Get a bottle of their wonderful oils or vinegar! On Wednesdays they have the best guacamole.
