Timber Ridge Hideaway

Timber Ridge was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect cabin for multiple families to come together and enjoy a relaxing getaway. The kids enjoy every minute is the pool from sun up to sun down. When it was time to warm up, we would used the hot tub. We did have an issue with the central air but the owners were responsive and tried to handle the matter as quickly has possible. The only downfall we have was some of the mattress could use an update. We will be booking another stay in the future!

Loved it! The fireplace is perfect for a cold wintery day, the cabin is very roomy. Love that dogs are welcome. It's in a lovely setting. It snowed the day before we got there, so the roads were tricky(obviously nothing to do with the owners, just consider taking a car with 4 wheel drive if you are staying during snow season), they plowed the driveway for us! If there is a specific item you are planning to cook, consider packing your own dish, the kitchen is fairly well stocked but a few things were missing (sheet pan- lol). We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Definitely got a little too wet n wild here! But hey, it's all just hijinks, and I was on vacation!!!

We took this trip as a family plus outting. It was a chance to spend time together and relax. No work or school allowed on the trip. Once the jacuzzi worked it was wonderful! Nice cabin. Some upkeep needs to be completed like light bulbs. We had a good experience playing games, watching movies, and hanging out! Loved it!

This property has wonderful potential but lacks upkeep and maintenance. Overall the cabin was rather shabby and dirty (cobwebs, unswept floors, dirty carpet). The mattresses are all thin and uncomfortable. The washer was broken during our entire stay despite our having contacted the owners (and upon reading the guest book on site it appears it was broken in June for guests as well) . The hot tub was not working and though it was fixed during our stay we lost several days of use of it. The owners were not quick to respond to any messages before or during our stay. One member of our party tried to order firewood (a service they supposedly offer) before our stay and despite sending emails and a few texts messages there was never a response or firewood. It is a wonderful location and this property has great potential but it needs some serious TLC and owners who are committed to guest service and experience.

First sign this cabin wasn't going to be what the website portrayed it to be was the steps leading to the front door have an extremely loose railing. Not safe! Have video but it won't post on here. Next we walked into a Filthy house we spent the first morning cleaning as we have Littles so it had to be done. What a great way to start a vacation right..

This place has little to no maintenance or cleaning. Air vents full of dust, air filters so packed full that air couldn't run with it, mold in the walls, a pool that was disgusting (they did send someone out to dump a whole bunch of chemicals in it) why wasn't this taken care of prior to a checking in. The washer wasnt working which per previous quests they were well aware of. I could keep going but you get the point. Not impressed will not recommend will not stay at any of their cabins in the future and this is a yearly trip! We have never had such poor service especially for this price point!

This cabin is could wonderful as it is beautiful and in a great location.
