I came in a couple of months ago to test drive a few cars. I spoke with and met Scott who is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He is not your typical pushy salesperson and allowed me to take my time looking at and driving each vehicle. Every car on his lot was super clean and well taken care of.

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Coventry Motorcar, only because I found the spec I was really looking for out of state. When my new Audi is in need of service or repairs, I would not hesitate to come here and work with this team again.

I towed my car to this shop after first towing it to the Audi dealer in Hartford. Audi quoted me 8k for a new clutch without even looking at my car - long story short- Helder fit me in and said I only needed a slave cylinder and starter. They are honest and have great business practices. I’m happy to have found somewhere I can trust.

Purchased a 2005 Audi S4 with low miles from Scott. He was very attentive to any request and or questions I had. Ater a deposit, we did an extensive appraisal with a certification and review with an experienced mechanic, which was encouraged by Scott. Never did I feel pressured or rushed in my decision. I plan on using their mechanics when need maintenance and repairs.

Can’t say enough about my car buying experience with Coventry! I found the car I wanted on their site, spoke with Scott who was a true hassle-free gentleman. He sent me many extra pictures of the car, both inside, out and full undercarriage. He also had the car taken to a Chevy dealer who went over the car front to rear. It was is indeed, in superb condition!

We struck a deal, and me being in California and not coming east for three weeks, they stored the car for me, detailed and serviced it. Upon arrival, I found the car to be far and away BETTER than I had expected!

I highly recommend Coventry to anyone looking for a car. Scott was a pleasure to deal with and also sent me pictures of my car as the weeks ticked by ever so slowly to the day I would arrive there. Great Dealership! Great people!

Although not my first time buying out of state, it was my first time trading a car out of state and quite the distance. Scott is the best and great to work with. He will get you any pics or videos and answer any questions you have on a car. He kept me updated on everything throughout the process, this is not a franchise dealer and it shows. I live in Maryland and this was my first out of state car buying experience. In fact, this is also the first time I’ve ever bought a car that I didn’t see in person. I found the car on Autotrader on 4/24/22. Called first thing in the morning on 4/25/22 and spoke to Scott who answered all my questions about the car and after deliberating all day I called him back at 5pm and told him I wanted the car. I asked him to send me a PO so that I could go to my Credit Union on 4/26/22 and by 4/29/22 Scott had worked with my transport guy to have the car picked up and delivered to me that night! This is the PERFECT car (2017 Audi RS7 Performance) with all the right options and this whole buying a car sight unseen process was way outside of my comfort zone. I was nervous that something would “go wrong”-BUT IT DIDN’T! Scott was responsive and reassuring throughout the whole process! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase my car from Coventry Motorcar!

Drove over 4 hours from Philadelphia to find a somewhat hard to find vehicle (B9 Audi A4 with a manual) in excellent condition. Scott took excellent care of us, the vehicle was priced fairly, and was even able to help secure financing that beat what I walked in with. Amazing. Three months later, we are still extremely happy with our purchase. Score one for the smaller guys. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I have bought 2 cars here and had a great experience both times. On the second car I bought, they went above and beyond to repair a minor scrape that I didn’t see the first time I looked at it. I would definitely shop there again.

Great selection, while I went with another vehicle at another dealership, I still wanted to provide a review based on my positive experience. I drove 2 hours from Massachusetts to see an Audi RS5 they has listed for sale on their website. The vehicle was VERY clean both inside and out. Brian (the owner) is an Audi/Porsche enthusiast and knows a ton about the cars he sells. This is NOT your average car dealership. Everyone here is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The sales transaction with Scott was smooth and simple. You really can't ask for anything else when buying a car. I'm happy I made the choice to buy from these guys. It was all well worth the drive. I recently moved to California from Connecticut. One of the things I miss the most is THIS SHOP! The customer service and mechanics go above and beyond. They are still willing to help me and consult with car situations from afar. I will always be a customer for life. Trust worthy and reliable.
