Great group of guys over there. Brought my truck in when they told me to and it was done a few days later. They did an above and beyond job. I had the lift taken out and leveled. Dives and handles way better and way smoother of a ride.

Truly cannot say enough good things about Brent and his team. I'm two hours away in NY but Brent helped me every step of the way (phone, email, in person) with lift heights, wheels, tire fitment, and even set me up with a trusted window tint shop in the area. The truck came out absolutely perfect and there is no doubt I will be back time and again for new mods and Brent's trusted opinion and expertise. I can't say much about the company because I don't have a truck, but what I can is they make amazing event once a year. They really seems to know what they have in offer and how to bring off road community together. Definitely follow them on Facebook and do not miss next year event.

These guys were so wonderful. We are on a cross country road trip and we had discovered that our suspension air bags were faulty. Even though the shop was super busy they heard that we were in a tight spot and were able to fit us in within the next couple of days to remove and replace our off-brand kit with Firestone. We have been riding pretty ever since! The shop was super professional and communicative, the work is immaculate, and the price was *much* more reasonable than the three other shops we called for quotes. Go here! They deserve your business.

Brought my 2020 Wrangler Rubicon here for a lift and tires - Brent did a great job with everything, extremely clean work. I brought my jeep there with the suspension bits and tires and in return I got a finished product. VERY happy and will be returning for other mods. Thanks.

Awesome work done by professional individuals. Had a 4inch lift installed on my 93 F-350 as well as 35's put on as well and it came out excellent. Brent and his boys are great at what they do! Thanks alot for a great job guys👍

Just installed 3.5” coil lift, shocks, mounted tires blocks, and alignment on my tundra. Very professional job very cleanly done! I highly recommend allowing this shop to do your work. They communicated great with me and even got it done early to help me out! Awesome job! Thx Jason

Brent, the owner really knowledge guy and easy going was a pleasure to do business with him. Help me out on getting routine (2020) maintenance on my Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 system and was able to find and fix an annoying clucky noise in suspension that I had for years and no one else could seem to find. The price he charges are fair.

I was so impressed with them the first time. When I needed a tow hitch on my wife's minivan (2021) to lug around kids bikes etc for family vacations, the first place I thought of was taking it here. Was able to fit us in at last minute and his guys did a great job. You can barely see the tow hitch, which made my wife happy.

I would take all my four vehicles to them for routine service, but unfortunately they are about 30 min from my house so I only will take my truck as it's a spare vehicle and can do without it while they work on it.

These guy's are AAAA+s in my book would highly recommend them to everyone.

Went to talk to them about a couple small issues with my truck. Spoke directly with the owner and he was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and he explained everything I needed to know to help me on my truck. Coordinated with him on a possible time when he can do the work. I also talked to one of the mechanics, and he too was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Definitely a great group to talk to. Look forward to working with them.

Brent, and his guys, have consistently gone above and beyond in terms of building and servicing my truck. He has found great solutions to all my needs and managed to save me a lot of money on wheels and tires as well as the lift kit. His truck knowledge is phenomenal and every time I have had a question, if he did not know the answer right away, he always does his homework and gets right back to me. It's such a pleasure to deal with these guys.

These guys are awesome. I had a 4" BDS 4 link lift kit put on. Brent was easy to talk to and had great advice on what he thought my options were to give me the look and feel I wanted on my truck.
I'll be going here for all my custom work from now on.

Visited several times for parts and service (not customization). All the 5 star reviews are true - Brent and Valley Truck are honest, always willing to help, and have great prices. I will definitely be back. (One note: they sometimes order new GM parts through Scranton Motors - based on my other experiences with Scranton, I suggest you simply request that Valley use a different supplier for work on your truck)

Two years later and still no issues with the lift(leveling kit) for my 18 Ram 1500. No squeaking, pops or other issues. Just as good as factory. Great service, quality and price. Valley truck and Off-road is the place to go for any of your 4x4 needs in the Hartford geographical area!

They were excellent. Very Friendly too. We ordered new AT-3 tires for our our Jeep and within a few days they were installed. They look amazing.

I needed a lift kit for my truck asap. Brent got it order and in my hands on the day promised. (2days) Wednesday he order it Friday by 11am he had it. I highly recommend if u need something order ina. Timely matter he can get it done for you.
