As soon as I walked into Schneider’s Flooring America, I knew it’s where I would purchase my stair carpet from. Ambre was amazing, I’m sure she could tell I was super lost, and without being pushy or overly “salesperson” like, she excitedly looked at my pictures and listened to my ideas and ran around the store with me to find the perfect carpet in a good range. I ended up choosing an option she had brought up and a different route than what I imagined and it was perfect! I didn’t get quotes from anywhere else as I didn’t find what I wanted from other stores so I can’t speak to the price point, but the carpet I chose wasn’t a budget breaker and I was good with the pricing based off the service.

They communicated during the entire process, estimate was easily done, and Ambre even emailed me to make sure the small details I was asking about were covered and she just went above and beyond. I work in customer service, so I can attest to how great she did. She handled multiple customers without making me feel like a burden.

Install went great too, If I remember correctly, Jeff was his name. He also did great, small details were nailed and he got the job done in a timely manner and without damage to the area outside what you’d expect for having carpet installed, touch ups were minimal and I was thankful for that!

Overall very happy and will be going back to them for my bedroom carpet later on!

Schnieder’s installed carpet in our upstairs. They did great work, their installation crew was professional and clean. Good communication. The store had lots of options, perfect to dream but also plenty of options. Will we be back? Certainly and I happily encourage others to do the same.

I have used Schneider's Flooring for several of my new construction and home improvement projects. Everything from custom kitchens, to custom showers to ceramic tile, carpet and hardwood flooring. I have always been very happy with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. I recommend them whenever I can and will continue to use their services in the future.

Great service and excellent customer care. Went in looking to have the master bedroom carpeted and in the end also had our den carpet replaced. Brought home a couple of samples, called and requested another which was sent to the house in two days. Pricing was very competitive and the installers did an excellent job, very polite, and made sure everything was they way we wanted it.

Working with Jocelyn was a breeze. She helped me identify a carpet using a photo over the phone and was able to set aside samples for me to pick up ASAP - less contact during COVID was a major plus for me. She was informative and friendly. Our installer was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We love the new stair runner and wish we had done it sooner!

I cannot thank Paul and his crew enough for the beautiful job they did in replacing carpet in my home. It was the last room in our house with carpet. Paul spent a considerable amount of time with us to decide on a high end laminate flooring option and the result were absolutely beautiful. We picked a product the had the look and feel of weathered barn wood that gave our room a beautiful facelift. In addition to that Paul helped us to find a product that also could withstand our 3 dogs and had a pet protection guarantee. We have an older dog who occasionally has digestive issues and gets sick. In the past cleaning the carpet became more challenging and now if our fur baby gets sick, the cleanup is so easy and with no damage to the floor. Thank you again to the entire crew at Schneider's Flooring, your professionalism and timeliness of installation made it a pleasure to do business with you!

For 2 rooms, I needed repairs to the subfloors before the finish layer - in this case, vinyl - could be put down. I was covering 3 floors in total and was extremely impressed by the expertise of the gentleman who came to handle the project. The finished floors show no evidence of the original damaged floors, the vinyl is fitted beautifully, and everything was put back and the place cleaned before he left. I highly recommend Schneider's if you need work done.

Can't say enough about Jocelyn, Rick and everyone at Schneider's Flooring America. We've used them before for carpet and vinyl flooring as well as new kitchen countertops and backsplash (they also provide a kitchen/bath design center).
But this latest job was the biggest. We wanted to redo almost 1000 square feet, almost the entire first floor of our house. This involved removing vinyl, carpet AND tile. It involved moving large pieces of furniture, protecting recently painted walls, and working around appliances, doorways and closets.
Jocelyn helped us pick the perfect material in the perfect color. Rick and the installers (Mike and his wonderful crew), worked with our schedule, did exactly what was required and talked us through all the options as things arose. The installation was flawless. Faster than expected and I couldn't find one little thing out of alignment to complain about! Overall, the price was right, the material was perfect and delivered on time and the installation could not have gone better. We wholeheartedly recommend Schneider's Flooring America...worth every penny.

My wife and I recently built a home in Glastonbury, the challenges with building a home are daunting in that every item needs to be selected. When it was time to pick tile we turned to Eric at Schneider’s. Simply put, Eric is amazing!!! His attention to detail and design abilities are the best in the industry! He spent countless hours with both myself and my wife, he made the process fun we are BLOWN AWAY with how it all came out! We worked with Eric Hartung from Schneider's Flooring America to re-do all of the 2nd floor flooring in our house. We had an amazing experience and the flooring is beautiful! It can be really overwhelming picking the right flooring as there are so many different styles/colors and it can be difficult to visualize them all in your own home. Eric was extremely helpful and used his designer background to help us pick the style/color that would best fit our space.
