I ordered a Peace Lily plant for a dear friend that recently lost her mother unexpectedly. I wanted to let her & her family know I was thinking of them.
I ordered the item on Friday and received a phone call about 20 minutes after placing my order to inform me that they did not have one we ordered in stock but would have one delivered on Monday.
My friend & her family were overcome with emotion on the beautiful plant that was delivered right on time as they promised.

Michelle's Florals knocked it out of the park, and efficiently, too! My mom was THRILLED with the basket I ordered and was delivered less than 2 hours later! Michelle herself, was kind enough to call me to let me know that she had what I ordered, but the flowers may not open by the day of delivery. I really appreciated this because I never would have known! I was so impressed by her attention to detail and great customer service! She made a few suggestions and I left the decision making up to her. She did not disappoint! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

I swung by the store in the morning to see if any flowers were available to purchase. There were a few beautiful pre-made ones but nothing during the time that had blue. It was for a last minute birthday gift and I felt out of luck. I asked for help and I got to choose what style/flower ideas I wanted and was more than satisfied when I got to pick it up as soon as I was off of work! I didn't want to forget to leave a review. I bought this 07/19/2023. Thank you!

This is the second time I have ordered from Michelle’s. I live in another state and have friends living in CT that I have needed to send flowers to. Being a florist myself, I chose to use Michelle’s rather than use a wire service because I know you don’t get what you pay for through them, and I’d rather support a local, small business.
Both times I’ve ordered they have exceeded my expectations. Big, bountiful orders that were executed flawlessly. Ordering is super easy, and delivery is very prompt being delivered before noon the next day after placing the order. I will continue to support Michelle’s for any floral needs in the future.
My only criticism would be that I had ordered a dish garden that had yellow flowers and a yellow bow with it but white flowers and a white bow were substituted. Not sure why, as yellow is a common color and usually readily available. While I picked it because it was yellow, what was delivered was still beautiful and exceptionally well done. The recipient loved it, so, in the end that’s all that matters!

I ordered an arrangement online from Michelle's Florals to celebrate my son and daughter-in-laws marriage. Moments after placing my order I received a call from Michelle saying she did not have all the flowers in the shop for the arrangement I chose and she'd be happy to make something just as pretty. She asked me about the occasion and I shared that my son and his fiance had to put their wedding off this past April because of Covid-19 and they just really wanted to get married so they were "eloping". Michelle seemed to really understand that I was happy for them but sad I would not be able to fly up from Austin to join them. She asked if I could wait a day to send the arrangement that she'd make something really special, and that, she did!! The kids received the arrangement yesterday and said the flowers were magnificent and the aroma was amazing. My son said the picture doesn't do it justice. I want to thank Michelle for taking the time call and explain about the original order I had placed and then to listen to me and understand what I wanted and came up with the perfect solution!

Sent a beautiful dish garden for a birthday surprise. It was beautifully done and presented. The recipient was delighted. Michelle’s is my goto for the very best in floral gifts and design.

my husband and i had a BIG mishap the day before our wedding, and we needed a lot of baby’s breath at the last minute. we called a few shops closer to us and got pointed in the direction of Michelle’s Florals so we called them up. not only did they have exactly what we needed, but they stayed late to make sure we got everything and made us last minute corsages for our mothers!!! they were so kind and reassuring during our mini panic attack haha, we will absolutely be coming back to them for any future floral needs (or cute gifts!). everyone should check them out!!

Michelle has always served our family with outstanding quality, service and gorgeous blooms. Today I went in to pick up a bouquet for an ill family member. A request for a simple bouquet 💐 turned into a gorgeous arrangement of daisies, yellow roses, tulips and a huge amount of beautiful greens wrapped with care in a lovely yellow ribbon at the price requested. So much more than asked for. Such a lovely thoughtful gesture. Thank you Michelle and staff for taking such beautiful care of our family.🥰🌻🌼🌷⚘🌹
