Auto hub Plus

I'm a mechanic of sorts myself. After changing the rotors and brakes on my wife's vehicle, I noticed that my tires needed to be rotated and balanced.

So, I went to Auto Hub Plus. I previously went here on the recommendation of my brother and they aligned my vehicle at the time. This time, it was for the rotation and balance. When I got there, the employees quickly attended to me. The owner of the facility charged me a very good price and the job was done in a good amount of time. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested.

Recently I was hearing my rear brakes grinding....I knew it wasn't going to be good news, but I have had terrible experiences with local dealerships and was unsure of where I should take my Lexus GX460 in the area.
I recalled that a family member had taken their SUV to Auto Hub on Coleman St. in New London, so I decided to stop in and speak with them.
Fortunately the owner greeted me and agreed to look at the car while I waited.
Well the car did require brakes, rotors and calipers x 4, a front end alignment and balancing of 4 tires, I was very pleased with the way I was treated, the efficiency in which the work was performed and despite the bill being 1400.00, I truly felt like my car was getting great mechanical care and I was getting my monies worth.
This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Auto Hub and their mechanics. I will certainly return any time my car needs work in the future.

Two years ago bought bargain tires that went south. Asir advised me to spend the extra money and buy a good quality tire. I'm glad I took his advise! The tires they installed made a huge difference, feels like a new car again. Thanks Guys ..... FYI don't cheap out on tires you'll be glad you didn't.

On A hot Wednesday in May my car was overheating and it appeared I needed a new thermostat, or coolant, or hose, or a new engine or a fan or something!
I called and explained my concerns and was given specific feedback on wait time for repairs to be completed and what repairs needed to be done although it was not my original concern. The car needed repair during a holiday weekend and was still handled with a sense of urgency paired with clear communication. I was thrilled! My car was fixed within reasonable time, and I didn’t have to go back!

I had a great experience! Lyle is a wonderful, really knowledgeable mechanic, and Nikki (A different Nikki :)) at the front desk is also knowledgeable and so helpful. I received the care and consideration about my car that I would expect from my friends. It was such a nice experience at Auto Hub, and I’ll be taking my car there for all its repairs, and telling my friends that if they want excellent service and an extremely fair price, this is the place to go!

They also service intoxalock breathalyzer units here, and despite having trouble with the intoxalock customer service they were able to help me out! Kind and courteous, 10/10 highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend Auto Hub to anyone looking for any vehicle repair. Our car broke down on a Friday night and they got us in for service first thing Saturday morning, and had us back on the road before noon. I can't say enough about how great they were. The work and the customer service were both first rate!

Excellent service advisor, having someone friendly that can explain what you need makes a huge difference. Many shops just want to take your money and send you on your way but Auto Hub isn't like that

Brakes were almost metal to metal. Abby got me right in. Now im happy happy. They are great and advice me of other items that's needed.

Bought a car here. Runs great. Needs an alignment which they offered to do for free once their machine is up because they're so new.
