Friendly's

Skyler was our server! She was awesome! For a larger party we got seated quickly and taken care of in good timing. Their food is okay....we were there for the ice cream! Which is always very yummy!! And children with the kids meals get free ice cream! ;)

When I paid online I didn’t see a spot to leave a tip… The girl who got all the food, ice cream, & drinks together at the to go window was very friendly, quick, and on point.. I figured I’d have to sign there when picking up the food and would than be able to leave her a tip. She informed me there was no option for it which made me feel awful because I didn’t have cash on me. You should change that, and somehow make it so it goes directly to the server and not the company. Everything was great.

The MC Frank was delectable!! The ketchup was so rich and moist that when I dipped my fries in my taste buds were burning with flavor. I got every food group in with one bite and I began to cry. Loved ice cream!!!!!!!!!!

Very fast seating and service! I had 30 minutes, tops, for my lunch break with my daughter. Food was out fast and hot-great fries too!
Manager was available and visible, and the server was great!

The Friendly's in norwich conn. Is great. Haven't been to one since they closed them all. Found this one by chance. Good food specials for seniors and a sundae free with some meals. Good choices for all eaters. I grew up with a Friendly's when I was little, A lot for banana splits and awful awful Shakes on Friday nites. I missed them when they closed so many. I really enjoyed it and it brought back good memories.

My family and I were in town to visit our son, who plays hockey for the Norwich Sea Captians. We ran into this nice little ice cream shop. The food was awesome. The service was great.

Friendly's is a quintessential part of the Northeastern Americana. There's nothing like going to grab a burger and a sundae here, since they're pretty much the only place that offers a full menu and a full ice cream menu. Glad to see this location is still around and serving up childhood memories.

Came in for the fried clam platter. It was cooked perfectly. Our sundaes were great too. Hadn’t been here in ages-so glad nothings changed. Absolutely wonderful! So enjoyable. Thank you all!!!!!

Our family visited this location 10/20-Jessica was our server-she did a absolute great job! She was attentive, personable and seemed to love what she does. Food was quick, hot and delicious!

The food is very high quality, Taste very good. Staff is very polite and very friendly. This place looks clean and so is the bathroom. Maybe it seems a little small but not cramped. Lots of options on the menu, somtimes it can get busy here and you might have to wait depending on the time of day. The Decor is very nice to look at and makes you feel cozy. This place does not Wifi to connect to. I recommend coming here the prices are well worth it.

Appetizers are very big, good priced, and very delicious. Root beer float was amazing and customer service was on point. Thanks for making me a great float Amy!!! Will definitely be back.

Hilda was excellent in providing service and was very kind. She did everything she could to make sure we enjoyed our time.

The food and service was great! Today was my Granddaughters Birthday and they just treated her like she was a princess 👸 I couldn't ask for anything more for her 14th Birthday as she's a very quiet girl. Thanks so much!!!🙂

Haven't been to a friendly's in years but happy to see that this one was around and that there was something I could eat on the menu with my dietary restrictions. Food isn't for everyone but if you're looking for simple Americana look no further
