AutoZone Auto Parts

We had the same part fail twice within a very short time period. The original part was under warranty but we were not interested in putting on another part that might break and wanted to upgrade. We went to our local autozone who didn't have the new part and they sent us to the Vernon store. At Vernon, Javi and Ryan were very helpful and were able to return the old part and put the price toward the new part. Very helpful and great service!

I went in to have my battery changed in my key and it didn't work. Juan offered to help me and as he looked at my battery showed me corrosion on my battery ..he explained what I needed to do and got my car jumped and running...he was caring and kind. I am in customer service myself and he is one of a kind!! Kudos to Juan

I always have a great experience only thing I don't like at this AutoZone is that Dylan and Michael are not around much and it's harder to get stuff done because all the other guys don't know how to do commercial stuff so if they make both of those guys available for more hours it will be much appreciated

I was in need of a front headlight and thought why not do both at the same time. Well, they didn't have any 2packs on the rack. The computer verified same. The very helpful Michael offered to 'have a look in the back -just in case.' Well, he came back with a 2pack. Great customer service, Michael and the team at this AutoZone, Vernon, CT.

Just had a great experience at the Vernon CT AutoZone. Michael could not have been more helpful or patient while I waited for information on exactly what I needed. Will definitely come back here for my auto parts needs.

Joe was very very friendly and helpful. He looked up the part, which was wiper blades and then once he found them he was more than happy to install them for us. We also needed a refund on a different product and the manager was delighted to help out with that refund.

great experience with Jacob, he helped me assess my battery was beyond help and provided a core recycle charge and got me a battery to replace the bad one. Best help ever.

Husband got into a fender bender and this place carried the exact paint to match spray paint. Thank God, we have saved a few hundreds on that. The color is about $14 and it's do it yourself. They carry a lot of items where you can fix wear and tears. The customer service was awesome.

Jacob was a great help, I went in there to charge a battery I didn't know the health of and he had helped me come to the conclusion that it was dead and there was no life in it, so he found me a suitable replacement available in stock.

This is the first time I've purchased from Autozone. The store was busy, but I had to thank Shane for his assistance with changing out my brake lights. I went to the store in Vernon Connecticut on route 83. The gentleman named Joseph was not only courteous he made three great suggestions about various products.
