Great store/coffee, tea shop! They have planting your own plants, new and used books, drinks, books, gifts, and all in a great atmosphere! The owners are so friendly! They have live music and writing groups. It's a great place to check out and stay for a while!

Wendy and Peter were so inviting to my first time visiting. I loved all of the owl themed curios and the lounge areas they had set up, the atmosphere makes you want to spend the whole evening there. I only bought my daughter a variety of incense (which she loved), next time we are in the neighborhood I'll have to bring my kids!

10/10 love this place it’s so much more than a bookstore it’s a place to be relaxed and enjoy your time. We visited and the owner spent time talking to us and showing us the store and everything is locally sourced. It’s finally a space in New London to exist without pressure to leave. We got tea and soda and sat and chatted. We will be back for monthly workshops and are so excited to have found this lovely place!

This is a wonderful gem in the heart of New London! I attended the writing meet up and fell in love. The couple are warm and inviting and so is the space. An eclectic mix of magic and coziness.

What a beautiful place! Went in for a day date with my fiancé and we really enjoyed our time. Great book new and used, loose tea corner, chess, locally sourced soaps and herbs. So much to take in and enjoy. Wish I could’ve stayed all day! Happy to have something like this in NL!❤

Since this place opened, I stop in almost everyday just to see the inventory of old and new used books! I bought one today from the early 1900's and I'm in love!!! The shop has everything you could ever hope for; you can browse the many books, you can build your own terrariums, there are fresh herbal teas, incense, sage & crystals and much more!! I'm so excited to have a place to go sit and read or get in a nice board game. The owner Wendy is one of the most amazing women I have ever met! She often has her family there and they too are phenomenal people. Its great to have something like this right in downtown. 10/10

Also there may or may not be a piano you can play, that just sounds lovely.

The have plants, coffee,waters and teas. And ALL the books. Witchy stuff too.. different tarrot decks and Oracle. Wendy gets in inventory quite often. If you mention a book you're looking for she'll order it for you. There's fictional books, witchy books, nonfiction books, books on herb and plant care and lots of fiction. She's an amazing lovely person who should be celebrated. Her family is there it's just a really nice environment to go and sit in and have a cup of coffee and a little conversation with someone or just pick up something really quick for a gift. 20 out of 10

Lovely , I was looking to purchase the New London Christmas Ornament and I was told they had them , I called and left a message. The owner called me back and held them for me.

Finally a wonderful third-space in downtown New London, with a welcoming, funky ambiance, great coffee, and awesome staff!

At first I was impressed. I bought a book to send to my wife. They said shipping was new to them. We agreed upon a price for the book + shipping. I paid in full. The book didn't arrive. I called and asked for tracking info. They said they would supply it but never did. After that, they never responded again to calls or emails. The book did finally arrive. They shipped it 19 days after I bought and paid.
I appreciate that you're probably busy. I'm busy. We're all busy. I appreciate the shipping too, especially to overseas "a new thing to you". I did not appreciate the absolute lack of communication. I called, left messages. Using your website I wrote and left messages. You did not respond. Now there's a real difference between just reaching out with a note and saying "we are just covered up and I haven't had time" as compared to just ignoring a person completely. I left you all my contact information. My telephone, my email. I explained to you during our conversation that my US phone number works in Japan. That's really all I have to say about it. I truly wish you the best in your endeavors. It looks like my particular experience is a one-off. I truly hope that is the case and I hope you and yours flourish and your little shop does well.
