There is good, very good, outstanding, top shelf, and then there is priceless, all 5 star levels in my book. The corned beef hash here is priceless, I knew so at first glance and my taste buds agreed as I shoveled it down quickly, pure lightly fluffed corn beef with a few hash browns, you won't find better. The lightly scrambled eggs were cooked perfect and covered in top shelf sausage gravy. I was given a choice between extra crisp hash browns or regular, I went with regular, spiced perfectly but I'd recommend the extra crisp. Great crew, keeping the steady flow of customers happy and moving. Yes, I say go here as soon as possible, you'll be very happy you did.

I was here once before and got pb chip pancakes, which were great. Today I got a veggie omelet. After biking out in the cold, it came out piping hot and stuffed with vegetables. There was a lot of food between the omelet, potatoes, and toast, but it was all so good I left nothing to bring home with me. The service was friendly and quick.
Just a heads up, they only take cash.

Wonderful service with delicious food served quickly at a reasonable price. A really comfortable local place where all the local go. Today our main server, Michelle, had the usual smile on her face as she delivered a beautiful plate of french toast with blueberries.
Really nice: the servers all act like a team, backing each other up and looking after the customers! A great local place!!!

This was our first time here and it definitely will not be our last!! I was going to take pictures but we all ate it up so quickly that I didn't have time. I got the turkey club and it was delicious down to the pickles!! My hubby got country fried steak, eggs, biscuit and home fries and I don't think he came up for air lol. My son and daughter split an order of strawberry pancakes. The Pancakes were huge and they gave a ton of strawberry topping. Thank you Chuck Wagon for making our bellies happy!! The Chuck Wagon is Ellingtons brrakfast and lunch jewel!! It is like stepping back in time to a coffee shop from the sixties. The food is outstanding, the waitresses are wonderfully friendly and attentive. Exactly what you want in a small country town restaurant. My favorites are 2 scrambled FLAT with bacon and wheat toast. I say flat because you can also order them fluffy but flat is so tasty! The bacon is thick cut, and tastes amazing (i am not kidding best i have ever had) coffee is excellent. For lunch, my favorite is the turkey club with fries. I usually eat half of it and save the rest for another meal!!! Milkshakes are awesome. Enjoy!!!

Gone there for 35 years. Have never been disappointed. Great food and never bitter coffee. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Well worth the trip. Plenty of parking out front, and a nice park across the street to relax.

Was craving breakfast food and my friend and I decided on Chuck Wagon. We sat ourselves and immediately the waitress came and took our drink order. Then we ordered breakfast it was so delicous. We got our food in no time and it was nice and hot. Price was reasonable. The staff works together and made my experience a good one. I would definitely come back here again.

Even on a busy Sunday morning service was very good. Short wait to be seated. Be aware they only accept cash but there is an ATM on site.

Dirty spoon done the right way. I would prefer they except cards rather than charging me 2 dollars to use their ATM. But I do understand the reporting and disclosure to the government when one accepts credit cards.

This is a classic breakfast place. But the food is exceptionally good. And the price is 40% lower than equivalent food quality elsewhere. Definitely on our list of return-to places.

Unfortunately I haven't visited this gem of a restaurant since I lost my husband back in 2009. We used to have a snow plowing business when he was laid off from heavy highway season work. After a early start on many accounts, we would stop in and have a delicious breakfast with hot coffee to warm up. I miss this place, the food, service, atmosphere was always like home. ☺

Love this restaurant. Been going here for about 20 years. Food is delicious. Cooked to perfection. Wait staff is fantastic. Recommend the country bacon 🥓.

Love this diner!!! Always a first choice; today we had biscuits with gravy And chicken fried steak -tender steak, soft biscuits. Mine was the chicken pesto omelette, beautiful basil leaves inside; the home fries were off the chart delicious. The raisin bread excellent toast on them. Always a great breakfast here, the waitress’s on their game, very welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to the cooks!!
