This is a beautiful hidden gem! Super well kept and quiet. I was there during the day in the middle of the week and only saw 2 people the entire time I was there. Its great for kids and dogs. Bring the bug spray tho!

The trail leads to Brainerd Rd. which is south of Fair Haven bridge.It crosses over 2 tributaries and leads to a Niantic Nature Conservation on the Brainerd Rd side.

I think it would make an ideal safe alternative road outside of Giants Neck Heights Association( GNHA).

As it stands, the GNHA does not have a safe road out of Giants Neck Heights during the icy winter months. The only 3 option roads are very steep treacherous and pose a threat to safe winter transit.

This trail connects Marshfield road with brainerd road. Used by local residents of giants neck heights mostly. Kids in the neighborhood like to build forts out of the fallen tree limbs. Then the adults in the neighborhood like to go in and tear them down because they think they are preventing homeless encampments.🙄
