Went to the emergency clinic. Check-in was quick and easy. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and friendly. The wait to get to the first step of the check-in process was quick and simple, too. Being called to be seen was not too long of a wait. The nurse Judy was so kind. We waited to be seen in a room and that was not so bad. Dr. Sean D. Was very thorough and explained everything. He is kind and just great at his job. Thank you for taking care of us. Great work,

Pequot health Care is an excellent place to go if you are sick. It is a perfect alternative to going to Lawrence and memorial hospital in New London. But don't be confused the staff is amazing at both... You just get seen at a faster pace at this particular place .... trustworthy, quick, and accurate.

Brought our toddler to the ER on a Saturday afternoon and it was by far the best ER experience we've ever had. In and out in under an hour; last year we had the same issue and at a different hospital in the Boston area, was there for 5+ hours. Everyone was kind, from intake coordinator to nurse Jessica and PA Seth to the custodian. Private exam room too. We don't live in the area but had to leave a review based on our experience. Thanks to the ER team!

This is posted on my husband’s account. I had to use the services at Pequot Trail at 8am on a Sunday in July. The wait time very short and my care team from the receptionist thru Kimberly the intake nurse to Robert the nurse or nurse practitioner who examined me, to Brenda who took my CT Scan, to Adam who administered a shot and reviewed the prescriptions I would be receiving at the pharmacy, would kind, caring, and professional. I would pleasantly surprised and very pleased. Ellen O’Neall

My 4 year old had to get stitches and the nurse that I had went above and beyond. I really wish I got her name so I could of sent her flowers or something. She is the reason my son didn’t cry AT ALL during the whole procedure. He fell at the park and had wood chips stuck in there so it wasn’t fun cleaning it out. Not one tear by him. She was amazed by him being so strong. She kept him entertained by spraying water and talking/playing with him. She gave him a ton of stickers and a little stuffy that he keeps on his bed to this day. She was just so amazing at her job! She deserves the world and I am forever grateful.

This was last spring but I just looked up the hours to go today and wanted to leave a review about her.

I’ve been here numerous times and I’ve never had an issue, they get you in and out as efficiently as they can. It’s very convenient.

The staff is by far the kindest and most patient. I'm well aware that the nurses at my children's doctor's office are too quick to refer paitents to urgent care. My children have been referred for reasons that don't make sense and could've been resolved with a visit to their pediatrician, but the staff greets us (and the children in tow) with a friendly attitude and quickly figure out the problem.

Had a few experiences with this place, getting blood drawn, emergency services, getting a cast made, all of them positive. My latest was a blood draw, and it went so smoothly and the staff was nice, I was in and out in 15 minutes. It's my go to place even though there are similar services closer to my house.

We to the Pequot walk-in this morning for an eyelid infection. Being apart of the Yale New Haven health group/My Chart the check-in was quick and seem less. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The nurse and Dr. were excellent!!! Great job team Pequot 😊👍👍

I went in and had the single best ED experience I've had in my life. I was seen by the PA John and he was incredible. So personable, gentle, and thorough. He was everything you want a provider to be. I was in the waiting area for <5 min and everyone I interacted with was friendly.

This has to be the nicest staff I have ever dealt with at a medical facility. From reception to nurses to the doctor, everyone was polite, respectful and kind. Very refreshing to see this, as I know their job working in an ER clinic is not easy. Thank you!

Easily the best medical team I’ve ever dealt with, both while being there to be treated and bringing someone else that needed to be treated. Every single nurse/dr/tech/aide, you name it, was helpful and kind and fully listened and cared. Wish more places was like it is here!

I wish this was a full scale hospital , but then again if it was would patient care and the friendly atmosphere continue?
They’ve always been great to my family and I when we need emergency care . Very efficient and helpful

The staff here is absolutely wonderful, kind friendly and efficient. I was visiting Groton and had to go into the ED. The nurses and doctor were the absolute best. They took excellent care of me.

It’s time I updated this review although I’ll leave the original negative review in place below. Since that long ago visit my family and I have used Pequot for other situations. I have only positive things to say now. Thanks Pequot staff for your professional care.

Took my daughter there with suspected strep throat. PA was practically dismissive. Stated that the strains of streptococcus bacteria that cause rheumatic fever don't exist in the United States anymore. I wonder where he got this omniscient knowledge as a simple internet search shows active lawsuits for US practices that did not correctly diagnose strep throat and the resulting rheumatic fever warranted heart surgery with valve replacements. It was the PAs dismissive attitude that angered me. When he left the room my daughter burst into tears. I advise L&M to hire staff that have real knowledge of the state of infectious disease as well as compassion. He seemed disgruntled, annoyed at having to look at a mere sore throat. Or perhaps they should post a large sign on their doors stating "Suspected strep throat cases need not apply."

I've had physical therapy numerous times over the course of my life. There were issues ongoing that nobody could seem to figure out. Kenneth Burger has figured out all of these issues in a very small amount of time and has made me feel physically better than I have in years. I had just about given up on diagnosis for the issues I was experiencing for over 8 years before I went here.

I ended up at the ER tonight due to dehydration from a stomach bug. It was near the end of the night and I head been such for over 12 hours.

Everyone I encountered was kind and professional. I saw the RN, Taylor, and Dr. Miller the most, they were both great. I feel so much better, thanks all!

I came in when I had the flu A&B strains last year and they were all so very professional. I trust the Doctors and staff here more than Backus or L&M. If I need any serious health concerns and can’t get in to see my pcp, I only trust the staff and cleanliness of Pequot.

I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent care I’ve received at Occupational Health. Thank you to Jennifer Devey, Dr Pollock, William, all of the nurses and the staff at the front desk. I was injured at work and suffering from debilitating back pain. Everyone who cared for me was professional, courteous, kind and treated me with dignity. Words can not express how grateful I am. Thank you to all. I do not recall everyone’s name, but please pass on a sincere thank you to all.

I've been here for blood work and physical therapy and every experience has been great (it's all relative, nobody generally enjoys needing medical care). The staff was helpful, friendly, and good at what they do.

From the moment I entered I felt glad I came, I was checked in by a very caring and professional person , Jennifer, next I sat no longer than 5 minutes to get my vitals, 5 minutes to be seen for an x ray by a friendly technician and then Jennifer came to the exam room, went over my coverage and patient data reassuring me and telling me that it makes her feel good to make patients visit better.
